Feb 21, 2019Bury Me My Love presents really nice art and a good, touching story. It's not a long game but definitely a long enough to fell in love with characters and enjoy the time spent on this title.
-
Apr 22, 2020Unlikable characters, no ability to create multiple saves or recall decisions so if you don't make it you have to restart the entire game. I wanted to like it but the narrative wasn't nearly strong enough for how limited everything else was.

Mar 3, 2019Probably not what most would call a "game". Think "visual novel" and you're in the right neighborhood. If you enjoy an earnestly told story, you'll probably enjoy this. If you're not into visual novels or are sensitive to the subject matter, you'd best avoid this one.

Jul 10, 2019The game convinced me that the French are dirty, and even in the era of evolution, the Arabs are not like the game, the Muslims are not like the game, the refugees are suffering, not the dirty game, the Syrians are not like the game, the dirty French game. They have no conscience and humanity towards other peoples, arrogant, bad, vain and vain

Dec 29, 2019Something close to visual novel, but It has a quite harsh topic about immigration. It's slow & kinda sad. Also, it does have quite a lot of different endings which is a big plus, but overall it was rather boring...

Apr 30, 2020The worst thing in the world this is not a game this is a fictional story about Syrian refugees and there is no thing really in it
-
Jul 27, 2020This is the worst game I have ever played. I am from syria and this game is just an insult for me and every syrian. Please don't buy it.

Dec 30, 2019Bury Me, My Love lacks the necessary amount of player interaction that it needs for its message of compassion for the plight of Syrian refugees. The story wasn’t engaging enough to retain the attention once the game reached the halfway mark.

CD-ActionDec 11, 2019I would love to love this game but more often it was irritating me than genuinely moving. The game has a lot of innate warmth but is was designed badly. [03/2019, p.62]

Aug 1, 2019Bury Me, My Love is such a harrowing experience, it’d be understandable if one or two playthroughs was enough for you. Even with those flaws, this is an excellent game that doubles as a fascinating learning experience, and if you’ve ever wanted to see a genre venturing off into new, relatively unexplored directions, it’s well worth your investment — both financially and emotionally.
