    Maybe one of my worst purchases for switch. We enjoyed XXL 3 so much, despite its mediocre review rating. We were expecting this to be pretty similar. Its not. The team behind this made the least creative game I have ever played. First.. Its 4 player. Hurray! Do you want to play as Asterix, Asterix clone, Obelix or Obelix clone? I mean .. comon.. There are plenty of other ppl in this world you could have implemented. The level design is not creative at all, and extremely repeating.

    Beating up romans used to be fun. But at this framerate its just click Y, and there lays the roman..

    We played 3 player for a whole evening, and when we decided to call it the day, we also made the decision we would not come back to complete this game. Its going back out on the market.    … Expand

    This game is fun for kids and parents and also to play together. New is a four player coop feature. However we must be honest: the game could have been better. It's a pity that it's only a top down adventure. And it's not fun to play alone.

    Back to 3D for this new episode of Asterix & Obelix, which is a game fairly faithful to the comics. Despite a nice universe, the game is too repetitive with the added bonus of a fairly low viewing time of 5 hours of play. It would have taken more varied levels, more original puzzles and a more ambitious A.I. for the game to really score the spirits.

    Too little remains to save The Ram from Hibernia from the abyss of mediocrity that pervades the horizon by tackling the story alone, a sign of how the game is limited only to exploiting a famous license to attract attention by putting little or nothing of its own.
