I'm playing on stadia and everything works fine. I was also testing this on GeForce now but stadia has more stable fps (but worse graphic than on GeForce now, cause of RTX). If u don't have a strong PC just pick one of these 2 options and enjoy the game.

I was a huge fan of CD Projekt RED for 13+ years (since the first Witcher) and I liked the GOG's policy, despite preferring other platforms for their functionality. I really didn't want to bring this up, but the GOG/CDPR actions and attitude left me no choice.

The Cyberpunk 2077 is raw, unpolished and bugged as hell. The more I play — the more broken quests, "silent" dialogues and other technical issues I get. I was sending bug reports and suggestions to the CDPR support since release, but I haven't got any replies. Zero. Not even automatic ones, so I don't know if they even check them or no. There are no answers, there are no patches, there is no roadmap. The day-one patch arrived on GOG later than on other platforms and after that only two useless "hotfixes" were released (it didn't fix anything for me). No real patches for a month, no new hotfixes for weeks. The Russian localization is terrible and Galaxy client resetting the language preferences every time I launch the game. (There is no such problem on other stores). And the client still crashes ten times per day.

I've heard a lot of complaints about optimization, but at least I don't have any significant problems on that front despite some minor fps drops and object popping. Though I've built my PC especially for Cyberpunk and my TV supports only 1080p resolution at 60fps which is likely the main reason I’ve got an ok performance.

GOG/CDPR stuff keep ignoring all problems with Cyberpunk and Galaxy launcher, but this isn't the only problem they prefer to turn a blind eye for. Some of you may know that they decided to cancel the long-awaited release of an indie game Devotion on GOG to please some Chinese bots. They've slaughtered the game without any reasons (the little placeholder with the hurtless joke was completely removed from the game years ago). And the main problem in this situation that GOG staff answered on Twitter bot messages within a few hours by fully cancelling the promised release not only for China but for the rest of the world too. At the same time, they keep ignoring thousands of their own customers for weeks. They’ve just silently deleted the announcement and cancellation posts without any official statement/explanation/comment, ignoring all questions and support tickets about their decision. Just check the GOG’s Community Wishlist — it is the most requested game of December and January. This is just another sign that GOG/CDPR changed their policy from being pro-customer to being pro-money. It isn't the first call, but it can be the last one for many loyal customers. Censorship can't be tolerated, especially political censorship — I'm sick of this **** in my everyday life.

So, after all of this, I’ve got really disappointed. I tend to buy way more games than I have time to play. And I prefer playing on another platform, but I used to buy second copies of the games I like on GOG only because I liked it's policy, customer-oriented service and wanted to support my favourite devs. But this isn't the thing anymore. I haven't even played 99% of the games I've bought on GOG, so, I've tried to request a refund for them. And they refused.

GOG support has finally answered on my ticket. First of all, they've completely ignored all my questions about Devotion. Secondly, they've refused to refund anything (not a single game from 340+ in my library!) They've also refused to comment on the bugs and estimated release of next patch for Cyberpunk 2077. (They've told me to contact "CDPR official channels" that haven't answered to support tickets in a month). Finally, they've refused to partly refund my physical copy of Cyberpunk 2077 so I could get the Steam version instead (I don't want to be forced to buy future addons on GOG and use their broken launcher anymore). They've told me that I should refund my physical collector's edition where I've bought it. But it isn't possible after you've opened the box and used the activation code. Well, I will be waiting for heavily discounted GOTY/Director's Cut/Enhanced edition on other platforms then.

I was supporting and advertising GOG for years. I've bought all CDPR games on release, including collector's editions and versions for different platforms (not to mention figurines and tons of other merch). I didn't expect that these companies’ management will start to wipe their feet on its loyal customers. I’ve missed the moment when they turned into EA/Activision siblings, but as far as history shows — it's the one-way road in this industry.

This is the last game I've bought on GOG. In the current state, I can't recommend it to anyone, nor I can recommend this platform anymore. I'm disgusted by GOG/CDPR recent actions and their new priorities. I'm disappointed by the way they've decided to handle situations around failed Cyberpunk launch and Devotion censorship. Their reaction (the lack of it) on customers' feedback is a disgrace and I regret supporting them so much…

Runs really well on Stadia, and can't remember encountering more than 2 or 3 bugs throughout my entire playthrough. One was a game-breaking bug where an enemy wouldn't appear from an elevator but thankfully due to the generous autosave, I was able to reload the game and he eventually appeared.

The game itself is enjoyable, but definitely isn't the game that CDPR advertised over the past

The game itself is enjoyable, but definitely isn't the game that CDPR advertised over the past few years. The main story is fine, but relatively short and unmemorable. There are plenty of side quests and jobs to do, but none of them are much more than go to location, speak to someone, shoot a bunch of bad guys and obtain item.

Gameplay itself is good, with plenty of variety in weapons, mods and attachments, and this shows when in firefights, with the likes of shotguns and assault rifles packing plenty of punch. The cyberware upgrades also allow for plenty of different approaches to combat. I found the combat fun due to the various ways to approach, whether being stealthy, using cyberware to take out enemies or just go in guns blazing. The enemy AI is quite basic, so you'll not find enemies doing much more than shooting at you in a static position or taking cover the odd time.

My biggest issue with Cyberpunk 2077 is that Night City itself doesn't feel very alive. When driving, all NPCs seem to disappear and there are hardly any other vehicles on the roads. Bustling city centre areas aren't really that busy at all with just a handful of NPCs. And the NPCs themselves don't do much except for offer one line of dialogue, which is a shame as previews of the game mentioned you could interact with all NPCs and that they would have their own routines in Night City, which they don't. This is a shame as in terms of open world standards, it seems quite outdated, especially when older games such as GTAV, Red Dead 2, and even CDPRs Witcher 3 all do it better.

Overall, a good game held back by some limitations in terms of the game world itself and a so-so story.

I personally did not experience many bugs, the game looks phenomenal on Stadia if the internet is fast (unfortunately the recommended minimum for 4k, i.e. 35Mbps, is not enough, but at 1080p it is enough). Also the version on Google Stadia is, in my opinion, a very good opportunity to get to know the stories well without many glitches from console version.

I don‘t know what to say anymore.
For modern open world standarts terribly outdated, i can‘t think of any way this could be compete with games like RDR2 or GTAV, especially with AI and base game content in mind.

I then stumbled across a bunch of videos talking about the best way to play Cyberpunk is on stadia of all things. I was baffled, so I tried out stadia, and It worked quite well. I put in the 55 dollars (got a discount for applying for a pro membership) and played.

I love this game. It has not once crashed on me, you can choose preformance mode, which is a smooth 60 fps, or visual mode, which is 4k 30 fps, but the visual mode looks so fantastic! I love to play on smoother settings, but the true scope the visual mode achieves made me switch to it, and I have been enjoying it so much. Stadia is an amazing way to play this game. I can not recommend it enough.

There are bugs, we need more content... But I love it and I have a blast on Stadia. Ability to play it also on your phone is fantastic. I understand people thought it's gonna be something more, but I was expecting Deus Ex on steroids and this is exactly what I got. If they'll add more stuff I'll rank it even higher

Fantastic action RPG in the vein of the Fallout series. I have sunk hours into the game already and barely scratched the surface.

Not a 10 as it still has kinks to iron out, but the patches have addressed a number of these already. The Stadia experience has been pretty good so far, a few crashes early on but otherwise Smooth.

Game runs pefrectly smoothly. I noticed no bug so far and I can play on my laptop. Graphics sometimes need some time to become crispy sharp (compared to my 1080Ti gaming gear but it's acceptable.

I really recommend to play on this platform!!!

Amazing game, I run it on my old MacBook thanks to Stadia and it runs perfectly. Stadia is the future of gaming. No problems with old PC or consoles.
I am not a regular gamer but this game makes a difference. Well done CD Projekt!

I've crashed more in Cyberpunk then any other game in the last two decades.
There is a good game in there somewhere. The setting and mechanics are interesting. But Cyberpunk suffers from horrible performance. Like really horrible, the view distance, fps, npcs and cars loading infront of you, the radio freezing the game everytime you bring it up.
I highly doubt they are going to be able

I highly doubt they are going to be able to fix this, they might fix a few bugs or crashes but they aren't going to make it look good.
They lied when they said it played great.

The only reason I start looking at Stadia again is because I don't have a good PC and I already know the disaster on PS4 and Xbox One.
I should've known. Stadia sucks. Everyone should stay away from Stadia.

Stadia's input lag is so bad, it's a joke.

A broken mess, anyone giving this game a 8+ score is a fanboy trying to pretend it doesn’t have massive flaws.

So much missing content that is inexcusable.

Cyberpunk 2077 is a flawed but captivating open-world RPG rife with conflict and deranged beauty. What the Stadia version lacks in the advanced bells and whistles of its PC counterpart, like raytracing and reliable 4K, it more than makes up for in accessibility and smooth performance across a variety of devices. Not to mention it still looks great too.
