Like Odyssey but you're a Viking. Still fun gameplay but a little bogged down in open combat with too little emphasis on the stealth assassination that the series is named for. Great continuation to Odyssey, but doesn't quite hit the same highs.

I’m not sure how this version got a 10 (bias people). But as an honest review, this game is phenomenal in terms of content, gameplay, combat, loot, and the fact that they continue to add events and dlc is amazing. But as an honest review, this game is phenomenal in terms of content, gameplay, combat, loot, and the fact that they continue to add events and dlc is amazing. As for this version though, it’s definitely not the prettiest due to the agonizing pain of 30fps in a game like this during this gen of gaming. Back then it was ok due to limitations of what we had (hardware/dev kits) and that ubi believed it created a cinematic effect. Thing is, once you play in 60fps via local or Luna/Gfn/Cloud pc (maximum settings), it’s hard to push through. I would highly recommend playing elsewhere if given the opportunity or access if you’re a serious gamer. If you’re a casual, then I guess this will be ok for you. Also a thing to keep in mind is that detail settings on stadia seem to be at low - med in order to reach stable frames which isn’t a good sign when they bragged on stage about having 10.7 teraflops of power. Hopefully they’ll improve to be on the same level as everyone else. Otherwise, Ubisoft is doing an amazing job giving content to the platform. Expand

Awesome graphics, and an OK storyline. Fun game to play for quite a few hours, but the gameplay and the tasks you have to do becomes way to repetitive over time.

Save transfers make this a great version of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla to supplement the PC or console release. However, the missing accessibility options makes it difficult to recommend to everyone.
