    While the game does a solid job of recreating the console tracks and maintaining a steady frame rate, the scaled-down visuals don't always depict how your competitors are wrecked, which sucks away a lot of the appeal of the experience.

    FUN = 5/10
    it feels underwhelming and boring, the destruction doesn't feel intense, the sense of speed is not great, overall it's kinda boring, but it gets more fun once you get better and faster cars.
    ATMOSPHERE - 4
    TRACK DESIGN - 10
    the track design in this game is probably the most impressive I have ever seen
    OVERALL = 6/10
    overall, it just lacks excitement to make the destruction feel intense. other than that, the game is pretty cool, it's not as fun as you might think but it is worth checking out, and the game gets more fun as you progress.

It kind of ashamed me that this version of the game wasn't really as exciting as the bigger versions were, since there's no camera shakes, no slow motion effects, and basically not a single worthwhile special camera effect of any kind, but it was worth my time.
