    I'm played this game almost non stop right to the end of it, I'm was caught just after I'm picked up and equipped some weapons, the chance to variations of the character are so many, the hunger to get a more powerfully and cool looking character makes me almost complete focused on that goal, that is one of the virtues of the game, so I´m never matter about the I'm played this game almost non stop right to the end of it, I'm was caught just after I'm picked up and equipped some weapons, the chance to variations of the character are so many, the hunger to get a more powerfully and cool looking character makes me almost complete focused on that goal, that is one of the virtues of the game, so I´m never matter about the tendency to monotony of each level or enemies, is not that bad be cause you are in a tower and not in Chile were you find both desert and glaciers, It was short but fun to play any way, and some of the critics are to out of balance.… Expand

    Sometimes I consider myself lucky to have grabbed a game before reading the reviews. Rengoku 2 is a great example: this game is an excellent handheld, with a slick look, nice UI and easy controls. The storyline is minimal, but the combat and customization of your mech are detailed....but not so much as to overwhelm you. That's more true than ever here, with a game that I find myself interested in playing for that one or two hours a day while commuting, and which I can leave off and come back to pretty easily.     Rengoku 2 is a good game, don't get me wrong, but it can get redundant. The main focus of this game, and the reason i like it is because there are so many different varieties of equipment and that they get stronger as you use them, which builds a desire to keep playing. The storyline wasn't fantastic, but you also have to give the game points for 4 player game sharing. My Rengoku 2 is a good game, don't get me wrong, but it can get redundant.     Very fast-paced, very stylish, and with a ton of 'leet' content and delightfully overpowered weapons. It can get repetitive, but I've played it on and off for 5 playthroughs (omg!) and it's still fun to find new ultra-rare loot and test it out on hordes of enemies.

    Besides, the art style and the music is pretty awesome.

It's a large improvement over the first one in every possible way, and although it doesn't offer a good story, it does deliver a lot of creative loot that's genuinely fun to use, and a lot of action. The art direction is above average, and the game is made to be played more than once, as it unlocks new content. I got this for $7, and I'mThis is not nearly as bad as some reviews indicate. It's a large improvement over the first one in every possible way, and although it doesn't offer a good story, it does deliver a lot of creative loot that's genuinely fun to use, and a lot of action. The art direction is above average, and the game is made to be played more than once, as it unlocks new content. I got this for $7, and I'm glad I didn't miss the chance to enjoy this game.… Expand

    This isn't the best looking game. The combat isn't perfect. The level design doesn't change too much. The story, while interesting, isn't that great. And yet I had a really hard time putting this game down when I started playing it. The magic to this game's combat is the loot system where you collect the weapons, etc. of your enemies.     Un gioco estremamente sottovalutato e dimenticato. Il gameplay di Rengoku è molto originale e sperimentale, e porta il giocatore a gestire ogni parte del corpo del protagonista equipaggiandolo con un enorme varietà di armi differenti che creano combo di ogni tipo. Rengoku 2 ha un gameplay divertente e particolare, l'unica pecca è la trama molto semplice e scarna.

    It’s another short game in a terrible series that should have been axed at the first try but for some reason it’s back and will be terrorizing the USA later this year. My advice is to look the other way and never touch Rengoku 2 the Stairway to Hell. [JPN Import]
