    MLB 10 The Show is a great baseball sim for the PSP, but the curious removal of online play will irk fans wanting to upgrade from MLB 09. If you can live without that, then MLB 10 is a good choice.

    The graphics are great, the physics are great, all the modes are great, commentary's great. Only downside is when sliding into a base sometimes the runner slides through the fielder, and when a right-handed batter walks, he always walks through the arm of the catcher so that's freaky. The biggest problem I have seen is that the developers made the game revolve around offense. Therefore the pitching is absolutely terrible. It doesnt matter at all how good your pitcher is, or who hes facing, hes always at risk of giving up a big hit, or homerun. It makes no difference how good your location on pitches is. This single development rule put into AI ruined the game. If you are defensive minded this game is definitely going to be a disappointment. Furthermore if you play season mode it makes no sense at all to invest in pitching, or defense. It literally makes no difference who you have on the mound, or on defense. Even the worst of batters will hit well against you and the worst fielders will regularly make highlight reel plays. Im disappointed in the development teams lack of detail.… Full Review »

    In 2020 I bought a PSP 3000. I used to have the original PSP over 10 years ago. I loved MLB the show 09 and 10 for PS3. So when I seen it inIn 2020 I bought a PSP 3000. I used to have the original PSP over 10 years ago. I loved MLB the show 09 and 10 for PS3. So when I seen it in the playststion store on my PS3 for PSP I bought it right away. I like these older games more because my Tigers were actually good back then. Also new games added stuff Im not really a fan of. This PSP version is good for a PSP game. I am pissed that it doesn't have franchise mode... At least you can still do a season. The game looks good overall. The gameplay is ok but it is a bit harder not using a duelshock controller. Running in the outfield is kind of slow but it works. And I find pitches seem faster on PSP. But overall it's amazing I can play this on PSP.… Full Review »
