    It's still a decent game for fans to play, but if you were looking for a big leap forward for the portable version in the 20th edition of the franchise, you're not going to find it here.

    If you are looking for a portable version of the PS3 or 360 versions of Madden 09, you are going to be sorely disappointed. Madden NFL 09 on the PSP is a good game with its share of oversights and flaws. But it is the only NFL game on the PSP.

It also adds a cumbersome menu interfact that forces more scrolling and clicking through the playcalling menus. Scrolling through the player rosters is much slower than in 08 - a big blow to anyone who likes to customize player roster ratings. 09 adds annoying graphics that take up precious PSP screen space and can't be turned off. The sprint button has been remaped to the right trigger button and can't be remapped.… Full Review »
