The story is told well, and with a few small annoyances here and there with both the story and game play, players can still have a enjoyable time playing. For only $19.99, Sony portable players should not miss this strategy game.

Generation of Chaos: Pandora's Reflection is a perfectly serviceable game that didn't give me the headache I feared, but it never got my blood pumping, either.

Diehard fans of the series won’t be swayed one way or another by this review, because those folks already know if this game is for them. For fans of the genre looking for an interesting take on the tried and true strategy roleplaying formula with that very distinct Japanese flare, though, Pandora’s Reflection is worth checking out.

Pandora's Reflection has some flashes of enjoyment, but these aren't strong enough to hold up the game without support, which is sadly lacking.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I quite liked the game. Well drawn characters, a really well thought and well told story and an interesting theme: alchemy. Throughout the game you also get some really good summons, chaos attacks and lots of new characters, each one with a story. However, this game is not for people who want action, it's a strategy-type RPG. I personally find it really good. Best game this year. Expand
