Fortix is a strategic, mind bending puzzle/action game which will have you hooked from the moment you turn it on, it’s so very addictive and has that one more go appeal.
-
It's a clever twist on an old standard but the cannons prove to be an irritation rather than a true challenge - their fast, ruthless volleys reducing too much of the game to a painstaking crawl, claiming a few pixels of space at a time as you inch towards a vital catapult. Fun, then, but in need of balancing.
-
Simple, addictive and entertaining concept that could have been dangerously compulsive with a little more balance and polish.

The graphics are basic, the load times are too long and the game needs a fair amount of balancing – an update could make it much better.

Fortix is unfortunately another PSP Mini to have intriguing gameplay and then fail in execution.

I really liked Fortix until I discovered I could cheese my way to victory. Of course, you don’t have to play that way, but once you know you can, it’s basically over. Since Fortix isn’t a particularly long game in the first place, being able to blaze through every level takes some of the fun out of it.
