Even without the long loading times the gameplay is poor - how many games can you name with a control system much too complicated but with almost no depth?
-
A simplified take on breakdancing, with larger than life characters, a more stylized approach and better rewards for the player could have been a proper hoot. As it is, you would be better off avoiding this and acting wild in the comfort of your own home if you fancy getting your yerks on.
-
Remarkably shallow and underwhelming.
-
The camera can often become an obstacle, the moves can be difficult to pull off or memorize, the flair outside of dancing is lackluster, the time spent on loading screens is ridiculous, and the dancing itself can be at times, pretty damn derivative.
-
The clunky controls which are way too complicated and annoying to use, as well as battle elements that either don't work particularly well or sabotage each competition hinder the overall gameplay.
