This has more invention and genuine touches of class than the majority of PS2 games have in total.
-
If you love the Looney Tune cartoons, you will love each level of this game.
-
Those who have always wanted to have the chance to star in a real life cartoon should look no further than this fun little game. The cult starts here!
-
It's this inflexibility to allow for player experimentation that keeps "Sheep Raider" into the realm of very good PSOne game, instead of the near-classic status.
-
Certainly nothing you will play through a second time. Still, it's good for a lot of laughs and is a lot of fun to play.
-
Im a fan of the cartoon series, and this program gives a quick, "dont take me serious" wink at those who grew up with those great cartoons.
-
Oddly enough, the game could be considered the kid's version of "Metal Gear Solid." Replace the soldiers with Sam, and the weapons with blow dryers and lettuce heads and you get the idea.
-
An amusing and worthwhile diversion.
-
Game InformerI'm sure you'll find the gameplay to be quite interesting and thoroughly entertaining. [Nov 2001, p.123]
-
One of the best PSone games to hit the shelves in a while, and if it wasnt for the virtually unclimable spike in the difficulty curve halfway through it would easily rank as among the best PSone games ever made.
-
As video games go, Sheep Raider is neither spectacular, nor challenging, nor interesting.
-
Official U.S. Playstation MagazineFalls flat due to its mediocre graphics, sticky control and awkward camera. [Dec 2001, p.172]
