AKA TOCA World Touring Cars, the third TOCA game in the series has a more forgiving difficulty level which makes it more accessible but less exciting to play. The physics are also slightly off, the cars not having quite enough weight and heft to them, but the constant overtaking and body contact make it more fun to play than the average PS1 racing sim.

While Jarrett & Labonte is a solid title, it's not going to convert non-racing-game fanatics to the fold as "Gran Turismo" has done.
  2. Without a doubt one of the best console racing games I have played in the past few years and deserves to mentioned in the same with the likes of "Gran Turismo," "Ridge Racer" and "Sega GT."
  3. The gameplay has an ultrarealistic feel to it, thanks to an accurate physics model that not only shows the car lean from the stress of a turn, but also totally lets you stay in control with tight responsive controls.
