    Stick it to the Man is a really weird game, and that’s part of the reason why I enjoyed it for what it was. It’s like watching a particularly dark episode of Duckman or Rocko’s Modern Life, and while it may not be as classic as the subject material, it’s still definitely worthy of the same conversation. I kind of just wished it knew what it really wanted to be.

Following an accident he finds a giant pink arm coming out the top of his head which can be used, not only move objects around, but also to read people's minds.

    Stick it to the Man is another of those games that is difficult to give a score to. In terms of gameplay it is fairly simplistic and largely involves listening to the thoughts of the NPC's in order to solve puzzles that mostly just involve moving stickers around in order to trigger next event or conversation. Aside from a few irritating sequences in which you have to try to make your way past 'The Mans' henchman even the platforming is straightforward with regular checkpoints ensuring there is no real punishment for failure.

    Clearly influenced by the work of Tim Schafer it is in the presentation in which Stick it to the Man really excels however. Everything in Ray's world is made from paper, making for a unique looking game, and many of the characters inner thoughts are pretty funny (and often slightly disturbing) meaning that most players will actively try to read the minds of any NPC they can. After a short while I began to see the gameplay as simply a means to an end and it was the games wacky sense of humour that kept me playing through to the final chapter more than anything else and, at four to five hours in length, it lasted for just the right amount of time.    … Full Review »
