    Fussy collision detection and what can only be deliberate slowdown are perhaps nods too far to the 48k era, yet the developer's ageing tools have sculpted something that feels surprisingly new. Not bad for what looks like the oldest game on Vita.

    Unique cross between Robotron, Guantlet and puzzle game. Thought it would be a standard retro twin stick shooter but it is more Gauntlet and puzzle game. Weird that it uses so little of the screen and kinda hard to see. Fake retro games are getting old but this was interesting enough to keep my attention. Half the fun is figuring out what to do because it doesn't explain anything so it is very puzzley. You really need to plan out your approach to beat a level under the allotted time. Surprisingly good but I could understand the tough sell on it because of the ugly graphics that takes the retro approach to the extreme of actually conforming to retro resolutions and lack of colors.… Expand
