Apr 14, 2015Indifferent to the temptations of aberration and bombast, Element4l's Spartan aesthetic plays nicely with its devotion to pure platforming. It also buries Element4l's identity beneath waves of difficulty and a few inventive tricks. Still, seeing Element4l to its conclusion is enjoyable enough, and worth it for moments of earned validation.

May 11, 2015But still: it's hard. Like, unreasonably hard. Obviously, for some people that's appealing, and for those people Element4L might be worth checking out. If you don't want a relentlessly punishing platformer, though, then you'd best avoid this one.
