Those people who missed out on it first time around, however, are in for a treat — a bloody, murderous, thoroughly enjoyable treat.

Deception IV: The Nightmare Princess still feels fresh, unique and different even if you played Blood Ties but the new additions are not enough to make us pay again to play the same game.

For those of you who have never played a Deception title, The Nightmare Princess is a fantastic entry point for newcomers with tons of content and replay value. But for those who have previously purchased Blood Ties, aside from the new quests, there is nothing here that's worth the full asking price.

Buy this looking for massive evolution, and you'll be the one who gets tormented. [October 2015, p79]

Blood Ties ++. Some people say that it's not worth the extra content but I would disagree. If you like to play this type of game for hoursBlood Ties ++. Some people say that it's not worth the extra content but I would disagree. If you like to play this type of game for hours it's just perfect. I love it, just a great and fun game. It would be a 9/10 but I'll just give it a 10 because of how much fun I have playing it. I usually measure the worth of a game in game price / hours of fun and I'm currently below 10 cents / hour :) Full Review »
