Sep 23, 2023The surprise (free) release of We Were Here Expeditions: The FriendShip is a nice gesture. The somewhat shorter game offers fun puzzles and is again great to play together in co-op. Fans of the series get exactly what they expect and considering it's a free release (and later cheap paid game), it's a no brainer to try and play this title. We then gladly take the minimal technical issues for granted, since it doesn't have a major impact on the overall experience.

Sep 14, 2023We Were Here Expeditions: The FriendShip is a fun diversion for up to two hours, but there really isn’t enough meat here for it to be more than that. More of a relationship test than a full-fledged game, its third trial is absolutely the highlight of the experience. While it’s worth going through once, don’t expect it to reach the highs of the previous entries or offer too much new to the winning formula.
