    Fun game but stealth is extremely necessary. You die very quickly in this game so stealth is vital in most encounters and strong weapons are important for when it fails. The strategy behind this is pretty compelling as you spend a great deal of time looting each area you clear. Looting is fun and feeds into the upgrade economy and weapon acquisition. Weapons are a mixed bag, but mostFun game but stealth is extremely necessary. The strategy behind this is pretty compelling as you spend a great deal of time looting each area you clear. Looting is fun and feeds into the upgrade economy and weapon acquisition. Weapons are a mixed bag, but most besides the grenades have a purpose if you purchase them and upgrade their ammodamafe. Character upgrades are handled after each run to boost your survivability, damage output, as well as various modifiers to things like looting, stealthing, etc. All around very fun. My main issue is the performance can start to die as your session goes on too long. Enemies also have a habit of spotting you way faster than you can react which can be lethal if those enemies are ranged. Very cool roguelite/horror all in all.… Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Los gráficos son decentes y el rtx en ps5 integrado está bien si es algo sencillo da buen aspecto a el juego, quizá tengo algo de insatisfacción en cuanto a las animaciones, son algo que me quede con ganas de más movimientos.

    El combate es algo que deja mucho que desear, es muy torpe y no hay mejora para la velocidad de ataque.
    El no poder correr es otro problema ya que cuando te persiguen los enemigos siempre te golpean o tienes que estar usando la teletransportación para avanzar más rápido.

    Es buen juego inclusive el terror y los sustos que saca son muy buenos pero este juego podría pulirse aún más en futuras actualizaciones si es que llega a tener. la adaptación a dualsense se agradece mucho, es muy divertido los gatillos.

    Pero en general es muy bueno por eso el 8, son pequeños detalles que no afectan en nada pero si pudieran mejorarse eso se agradecería.    … Expand

    The Persistence Enhanced is well worth checking out if you’re a horror fan, especially if you also like a bit of stealth. Those fond of roguelikes will no doubt get a kick out of it too. However, the game’s repetitive nature alongside its clunky and often unfair combat will likely result in some frustration, and maybe even cause some to give up on their bid for freedom. Players who do see their journey to its end, though, will find a welcome assortment of complimentary modes that will entice them to go back for more deck exploring action.

    Though The Persistence Enhanced represents the best non-VR version of what is a sizably satisfying stealth horror romp on PS5, the suite of upgrades, though welcome, is not roundly enough impressive enough to warrant previous players taking another run at the game. For the uninitiated that don't own a PSVR headset however, The Persistence Enhanced on PS5 is still a compelling proposition that unfurls into a taut stealth horror affair.

    A solid roguelike experience, marred by the hangups of the VR platform which have been removed in favour of next generation visual trimmings. The Persistence Enhanced Edition holds up as an atmospheric sci-fi horror title with challenging permadeath mechanics, but repetition takes hold a bit too soon.
