Oct 20, 2025Robots at Midnight is promising, and if this were an Early Access title, I’d be excited to see where it’s going. The combat is solid (if basic) the art style offers a cartoony take on a world post-collapse, and the mechanics of exploration were satisfying from moment to moment. Still, the whole thing feels like an idea for a game, as what was in front of me for review felt miles away from being a full, complete experience.

Sep 24, 2025Although the game plays well, it can really only be seriously recommended for gamers who want to get a taste of the Soulslike genre and since it's sold at a fairly low price, it may be the best place to start your journey into a demanding genre.

Sep 10, 2025Robots at Midnight delivers striking visuals and moody soundtrack, making its world feel like a playable animated film. Unfortunately, shallow, repetitive combat and simple storytelling make the journey feel more like a chore than a rousing adventure.
