Dec 30, 2021Just finished the game on PS5 and really loved it! Graphics, atmosphere, music, bosses and grabbing mechanics were incredible. I’m mind blown that this game was developed by only 3 people. Please give this game a chance and support this small but competent team of developers!

Jan 8, 2022This is a strong 9 everyone and I have no idea how people can't appreciate this game for what it is. It runs so great on the PS5 and the controls are easier than a lot of reviews are saying. I almost didn't buy the game based off all the bad reviews and don't believe everything you read. This game is a must buy for the PS5 and after that first boss fight you will be hooked.....Epic!

Dec 23, 2021Oh dear for once the critics are actually right, I won't bother repeating what they've already said. Don't waste your time on this, just don't.

Dec 28, 2021Feels like playing an updated version of Shadow of the Colossus with some survival elements added to have something more to do as you travel between encounters.
Lots of secrets to discover for the curious and epic boss fights. The game is on the short side and can be finished in around 10h but it is priced accordingly so I don't see that as a problem

Jan 5, 2022Praey for the Gods from No Matter Studios is a game with potential. It has some good survival gameplay design and is an interesting open-world adventure that encourages exploration of its desolate landscape. There’s a lot to like here, though not completely perfect in some gameplay aspects.

Jan 3, 2022Praey for the Gods is game that is inches away from being a new classic. It does many things very well, and it is an incredibly impressive achievement for a small team. It is dragged down a bit by trying to be too many things at once. I applaud the attempt to spice up the "in-between" time that Shadow had, but the result doesn't quite hit the mark. If you have a tolerance for tedium to reach some brief high points, then Praey delivers, but newcomers might be best served by starting off with Shadow of the Colossus.

Dec 22, 2021It is never pleasant to assign an insufficiency, even more so if to the debut of a tiny team that enters the market with such passion for the first time. Unfortunately, however, Praey for the Gods ends up crushed under the weight of its own ambitions, the victim of a fluctuating and problematic realization: even avoiding in any way the direct comparison with its illustrious points of reference, the action-adventure of No Matter Studios is difficult to recommend. In short, good intentions are not enough to save this Shadow of the Colossus emulator: better direct your € 29.99 and your time elsewhere.
