    A facelift of the 2009 original Game of the Year Edition, Replanted is the best way to experience this classic and a great price.

    While still as addictive and clever as ever, with new challenges and local multiplayer adding some fresh fun, this remaster falls short due to visual inconsistencies, interface issues, and a less dynamic soundtrack, making it an enjoyable but imperfect revival of a timeless classic.

    Remember when you first pitted plants and zombies against each other in the garden? Well, Plants vs. Zombies: Replanted is exactly that same game, with the expected and obvious graphical improvements of a remaster, and a few minor quality-of-life updates that do little to make the game anything more than a reheated version of something that was always amazing.
