-
Jun 19, 2023Limbic Entertainment's theme park builder is a charming and enjoyable game that fans of the genre won't want to miss.
-
Jun 18, 2023Park Beyond is a complex simulator with plenty of options, as well as some original ideas.
-
Jun 16, 2023Whether you're wanting to get down to the nitty-gritty of it all and submerge yourself in graphs and statistics or kick back without restraint and build to your heart's desire, the sky is the limit in Park Beyond.

Jun 15, 2023Does Park Beyond capture the magic of Theme Park World from the early 2000s? Not quite, but damn, it tries. It feels like a nice, happy medium between the complexity of Planet Coaster and the simplicity of Theme Park: stick to flat rides and prefab coasters if you want, but if you’re the more creative type, you’ll get a huge kick out of the freedom Park Beyond’s coaster building and design tools give you. Packed with personality, plenty of gameplay and some truly wonderful ride designs, Park Beyond is a must for theme park sim fans.
-
Jun 23, 2023Park Beyond is a pretty decent amusement park management simulator, because those who are supporters of this type of title are going to love the creativity with which one of these themed centers can be created from scratch. Although for first timers, it could be a bit tricky to tackle at first.
-
Jun 15, 2023Apart from its currently shaky state on PS5, Park Beyond is a whimsical and, most importantly, pretty park sim.
-
Jun 20, 2023Even with its current amount of bugs and other rough-around-the-edges aspects, Park Beyond is a brilliantly imaginative simulation game that'll take you away to a carefree and fun-filled world where you can easily make the park of your dreams.
-
Jul 5, 2023Park Beyond is a disappointing amusement park simulation game. A large number of bugs and complicated controls ruin the gameplay experience.
-
Jul 7, 2023Creating attractions that defy gravity gives Park Beyond a unique twist. This provides just that extra step in this area, setting the game apart from similar titles. In the process, there is also plenty to do and experience, which will keep you going for a long time. Were it not that the game on the PlayStation 5 has too cumbersome controls, is not polished enough and has the necessary bugs, which can get on your nerves a bit. Not a very bad game, but it could have been so much better.
-
Jun 15, 2023Park Beyond is a good theme park management simulation, deeper than it seems, but with a differentiating factor (impossible fantasy rides) that doesn't makes up for the scarcity of roller coaster and ride models available.
-
Jun 20, 2023I can see what they were going for with Park Beyond, and they did get achingly close to it, but right now, and at least in its console variant, it’s not quite a recommended game without a little bug stomping and AI fine tuning. Also an option to switch on total bastard mode, so I can be the truly evil park operator of my dreams wouldn’t go astray, Limbic Entertainment. Just a thought, you understand.

Jun 28, 2023It's unfortunate, because this game absolutely has the potential to turn itself around, as its core foundation is sound, but there are few redemption stories in the gaming industry, and not many publishers allow developers the time or resources to attempt such. Park Beyond isn't by any means a terrible game, but even post-launch, it's been left in such a terrible state that most players probably won't have the patience to distinguish the latter from the former.
-
Jun 26, 2023Park Beyond is a theme park construction sim that has big ideas and creative fans will love. It has one of the most affordable and simplified interfaces. The big problem is that it has a series of graphical errors and the unclear objectives make it a rather insipid game.
-
LEVEL (Czech Republic)Jan 22, 2024The actual track building, which should be the meat of the game, is clunky and annoying. Park Beyond has the potential to be a very decent game at the very least, thanks to some great ideas, with a ton of additional content coming in the Season Pass. In its current state, however, it can only be recommended to true amusement park or self-torture enthusiasts. [Issue#329]

Jun 19, 2023Park Beyond will probably be pretty good one day, but it is not this day. Currently, it's a theme park building sim that doesn't include features that we'd consider to be a basic requirement of the genre, it's poorly balanced with systems that feel wildly misjudged, and it's also riddled with bugs and glitches that range from comical to pad-tossingly infuriating. Avoid it like Alton Towers during the school holidays.
