Oct 25, 2021I loved True Colors but this is just a waste of time and money. Literally nothing happens.

Jul 11, 2022The most boring game in the series. I wish there was fast forward option to skip dialogs. The only reason I finished the game is that I bought it. I would never do it if I played it in Gamepass.

Oct 7, 2021I like Steph as a character and the acting for her character, and as always there's a great selection of music. I also think there were some fun memories to explore here, but COVID really restricted what they could do both story and gameplay wise here, and unfortunately, it just wasn't that fun overall as a result.

Sep 10, 2022Considering what this DLC was it was a lot of fun. Anybody review bombing this because they had no idea what they paid for beforehand needs to get their head checked cause you made the decision to pay $13 for disc jockey DLC without even looking up gameplay beforehand.

Oct 18, 2022Nice story and gameplay but still not as good as the first part of this series.
-
May 5, 2022I really enjoyed it was a fun backstory to how Steph's life was before Chen came to haven.
-
Dec 8, 2021Everything feels like a side activity and Steph's voice actor doesn't have the range to handle the writing she's given. She sounds great as a DJ, but never turns that off

Apr 18, 2023It was an alright addition but I don't think we really got to learn that much. I think it would be better if there was a bit more going on.

Sep 3, 2023I would recommend this, but maybe wait for a sale.
A nice. little side story that expands upon Steph's character and the DJ booth simulator was kind of fun. It is short, but it's just a cheap add-on dlc so not a huge deal.

Jan 19, 2022As I mentioned in my original review, the reason True Colors stuck with me were the lessons I learned after finishing it — I learned that time heals all wounds, and that I should let go of problems now, instead of letting them fester. Wavelengths gave me another character doing the same, with fresher wounds and even heavier emotional baggage. As a prequel, knowing Steph’s fate from the beginning made her emotional growth feel even more rewarding, and reminded me that things will get better. It just takes work.

PLAYNov 17, 2021Despite the soundtrack’s chill vibes, you’ll want to keep the tissues close for this one. A year well spent getting to know a fan-favourite character better. [Issue#8, p.95]

Oct 27, 2021Life is Strange: Wavelenghts is another intimate and delightfully queer chapter of the universe created by Deck Nine Games. Warm and sweet, Steph coming-of-age story, made of records and dies is a welcome missing link between the first Life is Strange and True Colors.
