Feb 13, 2026A one-of-a-kind RPG with a realistic approach that, while not for everyone, possesses a special charm and a sense of complete immersion. And now, thanks to the improvements in the next-gen port, there's no better way to (re)discover Henry's first adventure.

Feb 27, 2026Kingdom Come: Deliverance has finally escaped the shackles of being restricted to last-generation console performance thanks to its new upgrades.

Feb 16, 2026In a perfect world, I would have liked some extra graphical options allowing this version to feel even closer to the PC one, such as being able to turn off the dreaded motion blur. I also would have loved anything that made this adventure feel entirely new no matter if you've played before or not, such as some aforementioned combat tweaks. However, the world isn't perfect. Nor is Warhorse's first go at recreating medieval Bohemia, but it is beautiful. Made even more so by this Next-Gen Edition, which is a fine reminder or fantastic introduction to Henry's debut.

Feb 13, 2026The PS5 and Xbox Series versions are quite impressive.

Feb 13, 2026As a current-gen upgrade rather than a remaster/remake, this PS5/Xbox Series version of Kingdom Come: Deliverance does its job well. It effectively utilizes the capabilities of the latest consoles to display the 2018 title smoothly in up to 4K resolution, complete with high-definition textures, even if these don't entirely mask the fact that it's an eight-year-old game. Thanks to its impeccable performance, this is clearly the best console iteration of Warhorse Studios' first title, despite the controls being generally less intuitive with a gamepad than with the PC keyboard/mouse combo.
-
Feb 13, 2026Kingdom Come: Deliverance is bettered by its sequel in every way imaginable, and while the enhanced offering does improve the technical side, it also highlights everything else where Henry's second adventure soars. It's not a bad game, but this release is for the fans only.
-
Feb 13, 2026Even with the updates and upgrades, Kingdom Come: Deliverance Remaster nowadays feels even older than 2018 and the still-present bugs and glitches do not help. Warhorse can take solace in the fact that it's at least their own sequel that shows so impressively how it is done right.
