    My unexpected game of the year! It's clever and charming, the co-op is so well thought out, the mini games, while not all winners, make for great fun. The story is ho-hum, but the characters are entertaining. The game design will leave you wowed, so many great mechanics that you only use for a chapter or 2 at most. The graphics are surprisingly gorgeous, especially towards the end. ItMy unexpected game of the year!     This is the most fun game I have ever played with my wife. Levels are insanely creative and the puzzles are fun to figure out together. I wish I could wipe my memory and play the game all over again with my wife.

    A very beautiful game, very funny, fabulous and worth every minute played. I haven't had that much fun in a few years.

    Very cool game and a blast to play with a friend. Super creative. The only thing is it is a really easy game and there is no difficulty setting so it gets boring easily winning all the time.

    Кто хочет с девушкой или другом нереально крутой кооператив на 10-20 часов - 100% не ошибетесь. Перечислять достоинства нет смысла, просто начните играть и вы сами все поймёте.    Лучшая кооперативная игра на 2х человек, что я играл. Отличный геймплей, классная графика, достойный сюжет.

    By far one of the best games I have ever experienced. It is a challenge to find fault. The game balance is incredible. Graphics can impress of course, but it is the interactivity of the game that really shines, combined with the variety of puzzles and environments, and of course the collaboration required to progress.     The best co-op game I ever played with my son. The levels keep changing and the gameplay stays fresh all the way through. Loved it.

    Masterpiece ! It takes two is a lot of fun ! Me and my wife loved it. The story, the gameplay, the mini games! Everything is fun. Must have co-op game.

    Ждал такую игру очень долго! Идеально для игры с девушкой и при этом чтобы самому было интересно в неё играть! Каждый уровень новые игровые механики и новые локации.     Played it with my husband and we both love it. It shows how every relation has the same and simple problems and how unimportant they are actually. It makes us realize a lot of great things about our relationship. This game is more than a game, it is actually an interactive teraphy. highly recommended.

    Шикарная кооперативная игра, лучшая игра 2021 года. Прошел 2 раза за разных персонажей с разными друзьями. Очень разнообразный и весёлый геймплей, милая история, настоятельно всем рекомендую.

    this game reminds me of the cringy Wii U advertisements where those little kids would rat about how the console would bring the family together. This game reminds me of that for different reasons, this game actually helped family's come together in my case. I was able to play this game 2 full times. One with my mother and another with my brother. I have to say, both times I replayed the game I was amazed at the art design and genius puzzles that really involve you communicating with the person you are playing with. A simple yet some what engaging story and some pretty amusing characters make this game a must play. Specially if you have a sibling, friend or relative that you want to spend quality time with. I give it a 9/10 because though I had great time playing it, to me a 10/10 should only be given to the best of the best and I don't think this game is the greatest of all time its still a blast!… Expand

    I managed to drag my non gamer girlfriend into this game and we loved it. Of course she struggled a lot with the controls but we managed in the end.
    We love the different action skill each chapter has, just the entire setup and detail of each chapter, the brilliance of the puzzles you need to solve..
    Great couch coop game, definitely worth the GOTY award.

    It Takes Two is the best co-op game I've ever had the pleasure of playing. It's a long game that offers so much, yet never gets stale or predictable. This was 100% deserving of receiving GOTY for 2021. I recommend playing this with someone you're close with, whether it's a significant other, family member, or best friend. I played this with my dad and we had an absolute blast.

    I adore A Way Out, so I had really high expectations for Hazelight’s new game. Instead of sticking to the proven, perfect formula of AWO, the developers decided to give us more of everything and as a result overdid it in many respects. The levels are too long and there are too many minigames, while the story can’t keep up. It seemed to me the narrative is just a pretext to introduce as many different gameplay mechanics as possible, and as a result the relationship between the protagonists is implausible.     It Takes Two is a one-of-a-kind experience. There is a joy and whimsy to the entire game and so much variety it’ll keep players entertained and surprised from beginning to end. The world is so detailed and gorgeous and the cohesion between storytelling and gameplay is incredibly impressive. It’s the kind of game that proves there’s still plenty of room for innovation in games.
