    I am playing this game at moment and I am having a lot fun. This game is really well made and the mechanics are really good. Lot of nice puzzles to solve. This game is on my top five game since last year.

    I'm not much of a coop player, I'd rather play alone, but this game is so fun and inventive, I don't regret any moment playing it!
    The game is surprisingly long, but the huge variety of mechanics, each polished to an amazing level makes the time fly while playing it. The writing isn't has much as good as the gameplay, but my partner and me still really got into it and got emotional more    I'm not much of a coop player, I'd rather play alone, but this game is so fun and inventive, I don't regret any moment playing it!

    Interspersed by flawless and satisfying mechanics that balances well with the more challenging portions, there is just so much diversity that you'll never get bored.

    What a fantastic beautiful solid adventure platformer is this! Bammmm! It goes on and on and on. Very original, couch co op, amazing graphics en very very good level design. 10/10!

    This is one of the best games I have ever played!!! There are so little GOOD co-op games, and this just crushes them all. It is an absolute must to play with your wife/girlfriend/husband/boyfriend. If your significant other doesn’t like video games (or you playing video games) – TURN THIS ON and give a 2nd controller to them. That’s all there is to it.

    I’ve played this game through with my girlfriend and it’s been the best couch co-op experience I’ve played. Credit to all of the devs, the variety of gameplay and imagination in the levels is outstanding, I’ve been in awe the whole way through the game. I cannot recommend this game enough

    I don't think there is a perfect game ,but this is pretty close to it. Amazing journey and platform. The art and world of breathtaking. Can't wait to play again.

    Probably the most beautiful and most poetic game I've ever played. So many worlds, so many adventures and yet all so different. It's not too easy and it really focuses on cooperation with the partner which makes it unique. The storyline is very commun, everyone can relate and that's a big plus. I really really recommand it 100%.
    Congrates to the team for such a master peace!!!!!

    This is arguably the best co-op experience I've had in games. This is also a love letter to years of gaming - you can never get bored playing this game. You have so many genres and different weapons/strategies to go through the story, it's just amazing. The story isn't amazing, but it's cozy and fun in a decent level.     Amazing creative game with different game play elements every few (!) minutes. Never boring, never same from the beginning to the end, and always fun. Technicallly stunning and beautiful with AAA production values. Ironically it comes from EA and with the purchase of the Hazelight developers EA increased their number of creative studios by 100%.

    Bought this game to play with my newly wed wife and am absolutely loving it! For a 2 player co-op this game has it all.

When judging with these assumptions in mind "It takes two" is shinning in almost every of that. Pros: + Diversity of levels: snow, garden, music, mechanic clock-world.     Pros:
    + Diversity of levels: snow, garden, music, mechanic clock-world. Each of the environments is unique and with some twist? You think the tree will be just jumping on branches? Wrong! We have military squirrels. What about an attic? It is a music level.
    + Diversity of mechanics. There is a 1-2 new mechanics in every level. Every one of them uses cooperation in an interesting way.
    + Great coop game. I've played a lot of coop games with my wife. In most of them, the players must overcome an obstacle one-by-one and wait for each other or can go in different directions and basically play two separate games. This is not the case here. In order to succeed, you have to stay close and help each other.
    + Meaningful collectibles: there are no "golden bricks" hidden in the levels. Each of the collectibles is either a mini game with new mechanic or a interesting situation/easter egg.
    + A lot of mini games. We enjoyed playing through them all (maybe except chess - it is hard to call chess a mini game). They are great to enhance the coop experience.

    Cons:
    – Lack of depth in puzzles. Each mechanics has a potential for great puzzles using them. The game uses them only for very simple ones, that you just go through in a heartbeat. Not much a challenge. Some areas feels like there was a lot of effort put into them and you just rush through it.
    – The story is not bad but it is not great either. It is more about exploration of the characters and their personalities. The story was better in "The way out" (previous game of Hazelight).
    – We didn't quite like the characters.
    – Sometimes the game forces you to do things you wish you could skip. If you played the game, you know what I'm talking about.    … Expand

The dialogue could be slightly better, since you do get a bit tired of the "why did you have to buy this" which came in at almost every new "setting".     和老婆一起通关啦！ 当之无愧史上最好玩的双人合作游戏~ 玩法丰富，重复度极低，这才是名副其实给所有游戏玩家的情书~ 虽然对游戏新手来说有的地方难度还是挺大的，和分手厨房一样容易吵架-。-，但是两个人一起依靠耐心战胜一个个难关还是超有成就感的说~

The wife and I are always looking for good games to play together and its perfect. Its so light-hearted that you can't even get frustrated on the challenging parts of the game. I have always enjoyed couch co-ops and it pains me to find so little out there, Hazelight have produced yet another masterpiece and produced a game that I will no doubt speak about for a long time to come, absolutely love this game and the direction! 10/10 would rate higher if I could

As a family man, it hit everything I wanted from a game. The whole of it was just chocked full of heart and passion. Goodnight, just let Fares make whatever the heck he wants.     Easily my GOTY so far, it took me a little bit to get into the game but wow that was one of the most fun video game experiences I’ve had. I think this game has my favourite level design of all time, this game is simply amazing. 10/10 would recommend

    You MUST play this game if you have a significant other or friend who you are close with. My GF isn't big into gaming and still loved this game! As an avid gamer I think this game is a co-op masterpiece.

    Best coop game we have played in a looong time. Its not perfect and a bit dull here and there but its definately an amazing experience which will keep you engaged until the credits roll.
    Snappy fast gameplay, 3rd person is a plus, great grapgics, well polished with little to no bugs and dazling art direction... worth every penny and a must play if you are into local coop games

    GORGEOUS graphics, cute and funny story, amazing detail to character building, fun puzzles, SUPER cool weapons, and more make this the PERFECT game to play co op. Whether it’s with a girlfriend, spouse, or just a friend, I can NOT stress enough how much fun you will have. Just bought this game off a whim and I will now be looking closely at ALL games by this developer.

Ставлю 9 и вот почему. Как по мне игра должна быть популярней и было мало рекламы. Цена могла быть ниже на старте. И вибрация на ps5 была не доработаная, скажу так она была очень плохая хотя dualsense дал возможность сделать все как надо. Сейчас очень важнв ощущение тактильные и это самый большой минус. И для ААА еще бы пригодилась русская "озвучка". А так спасибо за игру я доволен… Expand

    I had such a great time with my girlfriend playing it. The checkpoints are on the easy side and the Game did not get boring. no bugs etc. good dialoges and a great flow trough the game. Great coop Game

    The strengths of the game lies the many mechanics that are introduced throughout the game, while delivering a great co-op experience. Only one area felt a little repetitive towards the end.

With unthinkable villains and excellent music, the gameplay manages to renew itself continuously with easily assimilable mechanics, practically for the entire duration of the adventure, without ever having dead spots and boring. The duration is even above average in the reference genre, but despite this you manage to maintain very high levels of writing, always fun. The game design is so superfine that it has created, compared to the previous title of the same company, two much more different adventures: each character in fact has a different gameplay, even different weapons, and this brings replayability to be essential to fully enjoy the title. Some sequences, among all the one with the elephant (I will not say further to avoid spoilers), are so incredible for idea and staging that they remain etched in the mind. The only note of demerit, which certainly does not affect the splendid work done, is an ending that arrives subdued, when perhaps we expected a crescendo to which the work has habituated us from the beginning.     I played it with my girlfriend and all I can say is thank you Hazelight Studios for such and amazing adventure, we where in a bad moment as a couple and that game helped us to feel good with each other again, I totally recommend this game to every couple, once you play it you will understand why

I'm just in awe of the never ending sensory experience from sliding down wires to water slides to bouncing off drums and creating music by sliding around the tops of wine glasses. I played this with my seven year old son and we bonded over the team aspect where every level relies on both players working together in very creative ways to get through challenges. For a two player game the camera shots make each players frame seem much roomier than any other two player game I've ever played. I would have given this a 10 if it weren't for the kind of weird story line about divorce and working together. It may have been a good life lesson, but we scrolled past all of it in anticipation of what lies ahead. My favorite round was the ice round where we got to speed skate and also the level where we had to manipulate time to our advantage. I've been gaming my whole life and I've never seen anything like this. Great work developers!… Expand

    What an amazing game. If you have a friend/girlfriend/parents or whatever, who's not playing many videogames, or you want them to show that games are a wonderfull alternative to TV/Netflix, then play this game with them! Easy to handle, always fresh gameplay elements and beautiful graphics.

    Incredible: It Takes Two is not only catchy, but also fascinating. I used to play it with my sister, which is a literal newbie when it comes to video games. We had some hard times trying to find the solutions to some mysteries, but at the end of the day, we had so much fun and we really enjoyed the story. A must-have on PS5 to play with friends or family members.

    This is the most fun game I have ever played with my wife. Levels are insanely creative and the puzzles are fun to figure out together. I wish I could wipe my memory and play the game all over again with my wife.

    Very cool game and a blast to play with a friend. Super creative. The only thing is it is a really easy game and there is no difficulty setting so it gets boring easily winning all the time.

    I adore A Way Out, so I had really high expectations for Hazelight’s new game. Instead of sticking to the proven, perfect formula of AWO, the developers decided to give us more of everything and as a result overdid it in many respects. The levels are too long and there are too many minigames, while the story can’t keep up. It seemed to me the narrative is just a pretext to introduce as many different gameplay mechanics as possible, and as a result the relationship between the protagonists is implausible.     It Takes Two is a one-of-a-kind experience. There is a joy and whimsy to the entire game and so much variety it’ll keep players entertained and surprised from beginning to end. The world is so detailed and gorgeous and the cohesion between storytelling and gameplay is incredibly impressive. It’s the kind of game that proves there’s still plenty of room for innovation in games.
