Apr 30, 2026Invincible VS is bloody brilliant. Accessible yet packed with depth, Quarter Up has crafted a fighter that welcomes newcomers while offering the nuance that will excite the fighting game community. While more modes and options for solo players would certainly round out the package, this is an incredible fighter worthy of its heroic name.
-
May 5, 2026Invincible VS will be immediately satisfying for the casual crowd, but it also brings genuine competitive potential through its hidden mechanical complexity.
-
Apr 30, 2026Although the story mode lets itself down a bit and the offline offerings are slim, I still had a great time with Invincible VS and expect to lose even more hours to it when the servers go up. The excellent and welcoming mechanics, well-developed roster, and tons of fan service not only make Invincible VS a stand-out tag fighter, but also the game that the series has deserving for a long time.
-
May 28, 2026Invincible VS demonstrates the repertoire to rival established franchises in the genre and, to the delight of many, brings tag fighters back into the spotlight. Brutal and with a mesmerizing visual composition, hallmarks of the work it adapts, it delivers impeccable three-on-three gameplay that only improves as the player assimilates the character switching systems.
-
May 1, 2026Invincible VS delivers a solid and visceral fighting experience that honors its source material with satisfyingly accessible combat. While the mechanics feel deep and the multiplayer is robust, the title suffers from a severe lack of single-player content. The disappointingly brief story mode and sparse offline features ultimately hold back its full potential.
-
Jun 1, 2026Invincible VS has some of the best tag fighter mechanics I have ever seen and the character interactions will make the Invincible fans grin for sure! But its weak story mode and lack of content make it hard to recommend for the mainstream audience.
-
Apr 30, 2026Invincible VS is a decent spin-off of the Prime Video series based on comics and a solid-enough fighting game, but it's barebones in enough areas to make it feel like a big missed chance for meaningful expansion of the IP.
