Oct 2, 2021sometimes fun, mostly frustrating
randomly difficulty spikes, even on easy, unrealistic time trials, random wonky physics, that only one the player experience and not the ai. the graphics are great, along with the roster but you are better off just turning the music off. very disappointing game overall -

Oct 2, 2021bought it on my ps5 for my son, thinking i could download the ps4 version on his ps4 ( he plays with my account, same account which bought the game). But no. I have to pay double. How lame is that.

Sep 30, 2021Unfortuantely, there's no 21:9 Ultrawide aspect ratio support on PC. This would have been amazing

Feb 14, 2023Basic AI, always in your butt. Annoying level design with areas where its difficult to see directions. Cars with no weight so the tiniest little jump makes you fly out the map and lose the game (if not a car drives into you). However, this could have potential

Jun 3, 2022Car models and tracks look great. However, whole experience was ruined as it felt like more than half of the content is locked under dlc or add-on. 5 min into the game I was already bombarded by "buy this" and "buy that" pop-ups. I wish I could refund the whole game...

Aug 15, 2023Incredibly repetitive, a billion useless cars, ugly main story map. This game has good graphics but horrible physics. Controlling the cars is not fun. I don't want realistic physics one second and jumping through a loop the next. Make it flow and fast.
Wasted 20 dollars. Might as well pack up my old velocity for ps2. That game was fun.
This is a cash grab mess

Jan 20, 2022Despite the phenomenal graphics and details, sim-specialized authors from Milestone stumbled a little bit while trying to make their trip to the arcade genre fun enough.

Jan 3, 2022Hot Wheels Unleashed is perhaps the best stand-alone game to use the license by far. It nails the feeling of racing with tiny die-cast cars and melds it with a presentation that looks far better than what you'd expect for a licensed title. The race variety is lacking, given the presence of only two race types, but the track variety greatly makes up for that shortcoming. It may have flown under everyone's radar, but Unleashed is worth everyone's attention.

Nov 30, 2021This is a surprisingly well done, fun racing game, full of thrill and fast toy cars. It’s highly addictive, the car designs are adequately crazy and there’s a robust editor to satisfy your creativity.
