    If you're a Harry Potter fan and a PS Plus subscriber, give it a try! And even if you're not, but want a fun experience with friends who enjoy it, it could be a good choice – especially for those who like sports. Now, if you have to pay, it might be better to wait a little to see if we'll actually get more content in the coming months, as promised by the developers.

    Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions does a fantastic job of capturing the magic of the Wizarding World without overdoing it on fan service. Sure, there's a healthy helping of Harry and his pals in the training segments of the game, but beyond that point, this is all about you and your handmade team of Quidditch heroes. Playing the sport is surprisingly good fun, and we can see ourselves diving back in here for a quick game every now and then for some time to come.

    Most importantly, if you believe you wouldn’t like this simply because you’re not much of a person for sports games, this is not like any other sports game out there. As someone who fails miserably at any sports game I’ve ever picked up, this was not only incredibly fun but easy to get the hang of with a little practice. Perhaps the only thing notably missing from Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions is the beloved sassy commentary of Lee Jordan while you carry out your match, under the close supervision of Professor McGonagall, of course.

    Quidditch is a fun, but ultimately unbalanced imaginary sport. It provides a truly exciting experience in multiplayer, which is unfortunately still missing a 6v6 mode. The single player, on the other hand, suffers from chaotic role-switching and unbalanced roles in general. Quidditch Champions is a good game that severely lacks content to be fully enjoyed in the longer term.
