    I´ve been playing this game for the last 9 years, my online character is 9 years old and I have already bought this game twice. Why oh why should I have to buy a full game for a third time? The same exact game, except now it has a few minor visual tweaks, fake raytracing and "seamless" character swapping? Please fellow gamers I beg you: do not buy this game, it is a scam by a company more than capable of remaking a game on their own, support mods, make new IP´s, renew old IP´s or just come up with new games, but instead they decide to take down mods and sue the modders, they decide to "remaster" game in the worst way possible and they decide to re-release a game that already has backwards compatibility.… Expand

    Really low effort money grab. Sure it looks better then the original, but not 9 years and two console generations better. So I'll calmly wait for GTA 6, and in the mean time play games by other publishers that actually put effort in story and gameplay.

    Really nothing new. The improvements to the games are small...Xbox one and PS4 versions are all you need. I really wish I hadn't spent the extra to upgrade.

    Snake oil "improvements”, and with new bugs (ex: exotics exports unplayable). Shame on you Rockstar, you did it again in a couple of months.

    It is the same game that I played on PS3 with minor upgrades that are not worthy of the extra 10 USD to buy it. Nothing new. Fake RT, no textures improvement, loading times still long for nexgen consoles. 60 fps is the only thing to remark.

    Cash Grab Ctrl C Ctrl V. Game should've been free and despite the game costing money they are trying to charge people for a 'GTA+' subscription. Rockstar really fell off.

    I don’t think anything was expanded or enhanced except Rockstars wallet because the only improvement here was 60 FPS…

    The game was really good for a while... great solo, really cool online with friends, but quickly Rockstar proved to us many times that they had no other passion than money... Loads last an eternity and now that we finally have more powerful and faster consoles.. we still have to get out the wallet and it's more expensive for Xbox players...!!!     I dont see anything thats expanded and enhanced, even the Pc version looks better and to add to that they added the GTA+ subscription which is mind boggling.

    This game can already be played for PS5 and Xbox series, yet rockstar wasted its time with this useless port. At least they could have ported it to Switch or added some content to it.

    This is not remastered version it’s patch for your money. I can’t believe that ps5 or xbsx can’t run this old game in 4k 60fps. RT? where is he? Local shadows? No see any difference. Rockstar what happened to you? Sickness? Or just lazyness? Stop this circus already

    Rockstar has recently been releasing pacifiers and asking for money for it. In 2018, I considered the studio one of the best in the gaming industry, but after RDR2, one trash comes out.

    What a joke. I bought a game like several hours ago. Everything is exactly the same but **** it. They annaunced Gta+ subscription to milk this game even more. Rockstar you are a Joke and i wish i could refund this joke of the game.

    I really feel sorry for everybody that paid even a Cent for a Game that is almost a Decade old and came for PS3/X Box 360. I remember when Rockstar was the absolut best... Good Times.

And because of my trying, now I need to pay in order to play gta online. Which supposed to be free. After GTA Trilogy, its clear that Rockstar and takes two have become the ultimate cash grabbers.     GTA V is at its best when leaning into the cinematic blockbusters that it takes inspiration from, while at its worst when trying to be controversial for the sake of it. Thankfully, its striking open world and variety of missions – most notably, Heists – help the Rockstar game hold up remarkably well in 2022.

    Without any content additions for those who have already explored every alley in Los Santos, this version of GTA V may not be enough for veterans, but it remains a true masterpiece in the new generation. It also supports 60 fps or the ultra-high definition in 4k, making it the best possible way to enjoy this great criminal journey.

    GTA V is a milestone in gaming -there's no doubt about that. If you are one of the few who haven't played it yet this is the best edition you could possibly get, but for everyone else there's really nothing here to justify even the low price point Rockstar is asking for.
