    I was very excited when I watched the launch trailer. However, when I finally played it, I had a mixed experience. On one hand, there is the nostalgia to play the Rockstar classics again and on the other, the lack of effort that was shown in this remastered, showing some problems with the game's FPS.

    It's obvious these developers have zero respect for the integrity of these games and what made them so great, it baffles me how they have stripped away everything from the trilogy. It genuinely upsets me how they have killed off the modding community, removed the original games, and put out something as bad as this- pathetic

    The price of this trilogy release is disgraceful. With everything cut from the game like iconic tracks. That was bad enough, but what do you get for your full price release... a game that is so full of bugs I am thinking of calling in the exterminators.

    Horrible optics for all studios involved. Rockstar has been on the decline for years, ever since they realized the insane cash grab potential of gta online, and became lazy and complacent. They simply don’t care. The enhanced gta v online will probably be trash as well.

    DO not buy unifinished bugged and has a lot of issues that the original didn't had plus they are emulating the game on unreal 4 and not running on unreal 4 it's just ridiculous of how bad it is and you can't even play because rockstar took down so the 60$ pound that you wasted are now gone and Frick you bro

    Boycott Take Two & Rockstar, no excuses for this lazy ass cashgrab, do yourself some favor, get the original or pirate it, mod it, or if you want to play online there is SA-MP and MTA, it's even better than the strict FiveM servers or GTAO.

    The fall of a once great company! This ‘remaster’ is likely the worst set of games I have ever played. I must admit, I am sure there were a few people at Grove Street Games who wanted it to be a decent product but were rushed. I understand it can take a while to programme, but considering they took the physics code from the original game for an excuse to keep the ‘classic look and feel’.The fall of a once great company!     The best one is GTA 3, but San Andreas has lost all of its soul; weird graphics and rain effects, over-the-top draw distances, no working back lights at nighttime (first world problem, I understand), and no classic fog makes the map fell small and pathetic. How did Rockstar make the best game of all time, Red Dead Redemption 2 (although quite glitchy) to this?

    Truly unreal.

    This is what happens when you priorities money over delivering a quality product and hiring talent. A true embarrassment. Is Rockstar Games ran by 12 year olds? Heck, even they would do better than the grown adults at this rate. To quote Greta Thunberg, ‘All you care about is money’ can be applied to Take 2 and Rockstar. A disaster which is irredeemable.

    This it is for innovation. I hope you kept the originals, because they’re gone forever - a violation of game preservation! How about suing people who made mods to improve the game, and was once promoted by the game studios. Money, money, money, must be funny in a rich man’s world!

    As long as the CEO can pay for his six-figure car he won’t ever get the full power from, they do not care about the player.

    At least the developers of Mafia cared enough to create a good and worthy remake.

    Don’t even get me started on the Rockstar Game Launcher. 2,000 employees. What do they do all day?

    One can not be more than morally ashamed by the quality of these remasters. They deserve a respectful remake, not this garbage. Disgusting and frankly infantile behavior coming from TT and R* executives trying to squeeze every last dollar from existing franchises, the development of the actual game seeming to be something of an afterthought, and the pure, utterly utterly malicious treatment shown to the modding, and player communities ads up to a fetid and putrid cocktail of: ROCKSTAR IS DEAD. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. GTA IS A CORPSE AND TAKE TWO HAS IT ON PUPPET STRINGS.

    Jajaja, imaginate pagar 60 dolares por este horror de juego. Toda la esencia original de los juegos se ha perdido en este remaster, además de que quitaron las versiones originales en las tiendas digitales como Steam, la única forma actual de jugar a los GTA originales de manera legal será a través de este remaster, grande Rockstar.

    Rockstar has been the Rockstar of video games with the releases of GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2, arguably the greatest games ever created and the success of those 2 games got Rockstar feeling very arrogant like that they **** don't stink. By them releasing GTA 5 on the 3 straight generation consoles basically tells us that they don't give a crap about there fans anymore. So yeah yeah **** them

    Its not worth the price. You can tell in every aspect of the trilogy that it was rushed. GTA3 somewhat feels like the devs put some effort into but the rest is just very bad. I played all 3 games now and San Andreas was the most unplayable one. Alot of softlocking in Missions because of unbreakable stuff which should be breakable, characters freeze    Stay away from this unfinished product.

    Honestly this is just a mess. Some environments look good whilst others don't, the character models now all look like cartoons unlike the originals which tried to look as realistic as possible.

    No effort was made to enhance the controls either, and in general this whole game feels cheap and rushed. Low effort by Rockstar.

    A lot of bugs, models are awful, rain looks like salt, there is a lot of fps loss, scaling is awful too...
    I don't even want to talk about the aim, nothing changed.
    The weapons wheel like in GTA V is great, like for the radios
    Just wow, but don't buy it 60€/$ (every currency you want)
    Just don't buy it.

    It's just the mobile port imported to unreal engine, added flares, custom menu and ui then released it to the public. No quality control whatsoever from rockstar, these are the same devs who made the horrible mobile ports of the same trilogy, Honestly mind boggling that rockstar hired them again.

    Sad. The only thing definitive here is how definitively horrible these versions are. This feels more like a mobile port of a ps2 port. The UI is laggy and unintuitive, the controls are cumbersome, and the camera is motion sickness inducing. Very disappointed.

Performance aside, the games are riddled with visual glitches and they are largely unfaithful to the style and atmosphere of the original games. It seems like most of the textures were upscaled by AI and as a result there are lots of weird visual inconsistencies. The audio quality also seems way worse, I readTerrible performance on PS5 and several crashes. Sony should allow for refunds. Performance aside, the games are riddled with visual glitches and they are largely unfaithful to the style and atmosphere of the original games. It seems like most of the textures were upscaled by AI and as a result there are lots of weird visual inconsistencies. The audio quality also seems way worse, I read because all the audio files were lifted from the mobile version. They didn't even improve on the original game's issues, like the bad pop-in effect of cars and distant objects. There are some minor quality of life improvements like the weapon wheel but the games are definitely not worth it for that. These are definitely not the definitive versions of the games and it is a shame Rockstar took down the older versions of the game, as those versions + a few mods make for a far superior experience.… Expand

    From the Definitive Edition of the iconic GTA titles emerged a technically unfinished remaster, which remained halfway. The content is and will always remain timeless, but the way to get to it and to enjoy it is simply not good.
