    A nice re-release of the PS2 original with slightly improved graphics and PSVR2 support, but without new content it doesn't quite live up to its potential.

    If you fondly remember Fantavision, or are a new PSVR 2 owner seeking out a puzzle game that they can learn to master while enjoying some beautiful sights, Fantavision 202X is undoubtedly worth checking out. It’s just a shame that it hasn’t been expanded upon for this release, as it feels a bit light on content these days.

    While the old-school charm remains, from the pleasing voiceover announcing your achievements to the random live-action skits starring a couple of bemused kids, it’s a rather short-lived and shallow affair – especially when you could just replay the fireworks level in the superior Tetris Effect instead.     FANTAVISION 202X is a solid arcade-like puzzler from the PS2 library that looks great in VR but its gameplay remains exceptionally basic.
