Exo One, be it on the PC, Xbox, or now PS4/5, is a must for gamers that appreciate a quiet, meditative experience with finely crafted audio and graphics, as long as you can forego of a detailed story, since you won't find any here. The game is essentially the same awesome experience I had in 2021, with the amazing addition of the DualSense capabilities for immersion. Based on that alone, this entry would have received a higher score than my original 9, but the occasional stutter right when you hit the highest velocities or impacts forces me to dock some points off.

Very profound, Exo One is the ultimate space odyssey and combines mesmerizing landscapes and a soundtrack in the style of The Artful Escape into a unique concept. The world's settings and anomalies are beautiful, while the gameplay progresses pleasantly.

Exo One is a beautiful exploratory journey of a game. It isn’t massively deep but it is contemplative. The sci-fi influences are fairly clear to see, particularly 2001, but it’s none the worse for it. The speed run trophies are a little unrealistic to all but the most dedicated. We could’ve done with a level select too.

Exo One is solid fun once you have mastered the controls and mechanics.

Exo One is a superbly engrossing and entertaining abstract adventure so if that's your kind of game then be sure to play it.
