    Destruction AllStars is like a combination of Rocket League and Destruction Derby. While on paper it may seem like a good idea, on execution game doesn’t deliver. It looks graphically stunning although I personally hate its visual style. The problem lies mainly with the gameplay mechanics. Maybe 25% to 50% of your playtime will be outside your car running, trying to get in into anotherDestruction AllStars is like a combination of Rocket League and Destruction Derby. The problem lies mainly with the gameplay mechanics. Maybe 25% to 50% of your playtime will be outside your car running, trying to get in into another car. And that part is really tedious. The car combat is ok, but it has been done much better by many other games already.

    Last, but not the least, game is further crippled by microtransactions which are required to unlock some game content. It may be a wise move by Sony to offer this as a PS Plus freebie and introduce some microtransactions, considering most people would be very upset if they paid full price for it.

    Destruction AllStars is not a good game and in a few months it will probably be a dead multiplayer game, despite being in the library of all PS Plus subscribers.    … Expand

    The game is currently for free with PS+ subscription although it is indeed a fullprice game. I gave it a try but realized quickly that it doesnt click for me. The gameplay is okay-ish but lacks depths in the grande scheme.

    Sound and graphics are decent. It seemed to run fluent and without crashes in my short time I played it.     Nothing much to say .. boring game doesn’t worth a dollar in order for it to survive it must may be free . I can’t imagine anyone would be money for it . On the plus side great graphics great dualsense support

    I mean it’s not that great. Its fun yeah sure but the loop can get really boring and the micro transactions are dumb. Idk how this game can be 70 dollars absolutely stupid. Maybe good for 20 dollars.

    I wanted to like this game but, I don’t. The controls can at times feel like you’re driving a cement truck. I’d rather play Twisted Metal or Vigilante 8.

    Ningún modo de juego me ha parecido entretenido. Pasa mucho tiempo sin hacer nada en una partida, lo cual es parte del aburrimiento. Pero aun haciendo, en cuanto has roto o robado un par de coches, ya lo has visto todo.

    Otra parte mala es el sonido, muchas transiciones directamente no cuentan con apartado sonoro, generando una sensación de vacío muy rara.

    Y le pongo un 4 contando que está en el playstation plus, de haber costado precio completo como era la idea inicial, se habría llevado un 1. Básicamente, no se lo recomiendo a nadie. Quizás a niños pequeños para pasar la tarde.    … Expand

    Après un didacticiel qui te permet de bien prendre en main, de comprendre les mécaniques du jeu que ce soit en voiture ou avec le perso, c'est parti.
    Le gameplay est vraiment sympa et original. Il faut détruire les autres véhicules pour gagner des points et gagner des places au classement, de même on récupère de l'xp qui nous permet de level up.

Alors jusqu'ici rien de bien nouveaux et d'original, mais même après avoir eu son véhicule détruit, on peut continuer de jouer avec notre perso. Alors quand on est juste avec le perso on peut se faire écraser, mais bon la parade consiste juste de sauter en permanence et vous avez très peu de chance de vous faire écraser. Vous pouvez ensuite récupérer des véhicules de plusieurs manière... soit en en récupérant sur des plates forme, soit en sautant sur le toit d'une voiture adverse et éjecter le conducteur de la voiture (attention le joueur adverse peut vous empêcher de l'éjecter en "secouant" la voiture et vous virer du toit). Et une fois une voiture récupérer, c'est reparti pour la destruction d'adversaire.
    Le tchat vocal est vraiment énervant, parce que ça part vite en cacahouète. Insultes, crises de nerfs des adversaires parce qu'ils perdent, franchement un conseil désactivez le. Par contre c'est pas indiqué comment faire. Après tâtonnement j'ai trouvé, il faut appuyer sur le bouton "playstation" de la manette, une fois que vous êtes sur "chat" il suffit d'appuyer sur carré pour désactiver. Pouvaient pas tout simplement mettre l'option dans le menu juste avant de lancer une partie ou dans les options du jeu?
    Pour le moment ça reste assez sympa parce qu'il y a pas vraiment de joueurs expérimenter qui connaissent toute les ficelles et qui te bourrinent une partie sans que tu comprennes rien.
    Autre critique c'est les bruits. Alors là c'est pas possible, que c'est moche et énervant au bout d'un moment. Ce bruit de moteur vieillot qu'on croit sortir tout droit des premiers Need for speed c'est pas possible. Et régulièrement il y a des décalages de son. Je pense que ce sera réglé avec les patchs.
    De même j'ai eu un crash serveur et un gros lag. J'espère que c'était isolé, sinon ça va devenir chiant de jouer sur des serveurs instables.
    On sent qu'ils ont bien travaillé sur les options qu'offre la dualsense surtout quand la voiture est abîmé, c'est pour ma part le meilleur jeu avec Astro playroom qui exploite la dualsense. Par contre au bout d'un moment ça devient chiant. J'ai jamais été fan de toutes ses options sur les manettes, je trouve les vibrations bien suffisantes. Ca gâche au bout d'un moment l'expérience, surtout les gâchette adaptative qui au bout d'un moment rend fatiguant le fait de jouer et enlève de la fluidité au jeu. Comme pour les fps qui t'empêche de vite tirer en enchainant les tirs rapide. Et n multi c'est problématique.
    Les graphismes eux sont pas mal. Style Fortnite, coloré/fun. Après on est très loin de la claque next gen. Et je suis un peu déçu sur ce point car le jeu reste un jeu de voiture dans un lieu clos, avec une map plutôt petite et peu de décors. Et en plus ils ont repoussé la date de sortie donc ils auraient pu faire un effort sur ça.
    Le mode solo est sympa avec différents modes de jeu, mais le plus fun reste le multi. L'IA des bots en solo est un peu trop faible et ça n'a pas vraiment d'intérêt.
    Niveau fluidité ça tient la route, même si j'ai sentit des baisses de frames lorsque mon véhicule c'est fait détruire et que celui qui me poursuivait c'est lui même fait détruire. Je pense plus que c'est un problème de codage qu'un problème de puissance console.
    Après plusieurs partie j'ai commencé un peu à m'ennuyer car c'est très très très répétitif. Peu de map, peu de perso, peu de véhicule, gameplay redondant etc... Alors ok les modes changent comme par exemple avec les map ou il y a des "trou" qui te fond tomber et te mettent direct KO, mais on fait très vite le tour et vu le peu de variété on tourne en rond assez vite.
    Pour conclure c'est un jeu sympa, mais qui joue sur sa nouveauté. Après un moment l'intérêt s'estompe. Surtout qu'il y a quelques défauts et en jeu multi il y a bien plus fun et plus complet. J'ai des doutes. Il y a bien meilleur en multi et le jeu n'a vraiment aucune originalité graphique. En fin de compte une fois la nouveauté passer le jeu m'a pas plus intéressait que ça.
    C'est bien qu'il soit sur le ps+ "gratuit" pour un temps limité, mais quand je vois son prix à 79€ en physique donc certainement le même prix en démat quand il ne sera plus offert, je trouve ça très cher. Surtout que la plupart des jeux multi du même genre son free to play.    … Expand

    Worst of all though the balancing issues already facing this game are horrendous. Boasting quite a decent sizeable launch roster, yet only a small fraction of the characters being viable. Some of the ‘All-Stars’ Vehicles and powers are horrendous, while others can take your hero vehicle down in one swift hit. If you want abit of mindless smashy smashy with absolutely 0 objective then I guess it’s okay for free. But please don’t expect anything deep and mind blowing.    … Expand

    Un juego el cual cuando estas jugando mas de 20 minuto te das cuenta la falta de contenido, ademas de ser un juego muy frenético te pones a pensar por que no hay absolutamente nada de música, ademas del problema de los escenarios los cuales al ser tan grandes cuesta mucho seguir el ritmo al atacar a tus oponentes.

    Un gran punto que tiene este juego es poder encontrarlo en el ps plus aunque, se pierden las ganas de jugarlo cuando te das cuenta que debes pagar por el modo historia por separado de cada personaje, al principio podrías creer que esto tambien lo hacen los juegos de lucha con sus personajes DLC, pero la gran diferencia es que todos los juegos de luchas vienen con el modo historia en el juego y no te obliga a comprar los personajes por separados, ya que si tienes paciencia puedes hacerte con el juego completo mas adelante, pero eso no pasa con este juego el cual no vale el precio que pide sony en su tienda.
    esperémos que el contenido nuevo llegue pronto ademas que se solucione el tema de pagar por el modo historia que parece una gran estafa    … Expand

    On the rough side of mediocre. I was tired of destruction All-stars after a bit more than an hour, and have never had the scratch to come back and play it again. Nothing I can point out as particularly awful, but it just isn't that fun

    Destruction Derby was a great series of games on the PS1 and PS2. Here one tries to revive the old times.
    But the game is of insufficient quality to entertain for a long time. After 2-3 hours you have seen everything and wonder if that was all. After all, the game should receive 1 year of support.

    Te caíste Sony, el pseudo regalo de PS Plus es una falacia... te cobran USD $5 por cada personaje en su modo campaña, es decir, tengo que pagar USD $75 por los 15 que están disponible, solo dieron uno gratis... sin decir de la cantidad de microtransacciones que tiene el juego. Multiplayer poco atractivo, esperaba más la verdad.

However, since the ps5 launch has been pretty bad, you have to queue for a long time before finding games, especially for the more tactical game modes...Might be better to wait several months before investing time in this game if they focus on a couple of modes and add ranked

It isn't a game I could personally binge play, but I can load it up and play a round or two and then put it down. But based on the payment structure of the cosmetics, it seems somewhat lazy on Sony's end to have this as a PS Plus game for Feb 21 since this game is most likely going to be a free to play game in the near future. I feel that the courses give too much freedom of movement in such a large area. There have been times I am driving around for an entire minute and not hitting anyone. I think if they were to adopt more of a structured Roller Derby style track and you drove along that, it would be a little more interesting. I think this game needed more feedback from testers before being released because it just seems repetitive, generic, and overall monotonous. I feel I will revisit this game in a year or so as with many improvements, it could easily become an esport with the proper changes.… Expand

The cars handling is satisfactory, not so much its features. 4 modes, 2 individual modes and 2 8 vs 8 and that's it. Some daily and weekle missions.     Mic can't be turned off by default and as the dualsense incorporates a mic, it's a mess having to listen to people screaming to each other being very aggressive. If the game lags there's no chance to hit anyone. I didn't feel any depth in the matches, it's always you against everyone, no teamwork needed. Very disappointed, after half an hour.    … Expand

    From not being able to disable the mic to the expectations of thinking this was the new Fortnite + Twisted Metal (not really at all, so don’t go in expecting this), the potential in this game can be seen, but functions smartly as a fun to play PSN game more than anything else.

    Totalmente lleno de micropagos, y esto es solo el principio, creo que quieren explotarlo al máximo, e igual es un juego entretenido en unos años, pero ahora mismo no vale nada. Y pensar que lo venden como AAA. Le doy un 3 porque está en plus, porque en tienda está a 69 euros.

    Pour un jeu principalement multi il y a bien mieux et gratuit. Et dire que ce jeu est à 80€. C'est limite du vol surtout qu'il est gratuit sur le ps+ que temporairement.

    Le seul intérêt c'est la dualsense qui offre des sensations plutôt cool. Mais le reste...
    Et au secours avec se son des voix des joueurs dans le micro de la dualsense, c'est inaudible entre les voix, les bruitages...
    Heureusement qu'il est gratuit, jamais il faut mettre 80€ pour ce jeu qui ne les vaut pas alors qu'il y a des jeux gratuit en multi bien au dessus et de meilleur qualité.    … Expand

The microtransactions for cosmetics and challenges are terrible. Honestly, even as a free game, it is severely lacking in replay value as there is no story to this game whatsoever.     Not a acceptable game for the price tag of 70$ I didn’t even spend money on it I got it through ps plus and i had zero expectations going into it unbiased and honestly it’s lame basic driving controls with weird hijacking mechanics that really are not intuitive at all. Overall shorty game that’s overpriced.

This game It does not seem true Next Gen, it could easily enter PS4 and at least there if people will play it

    It is appreciated that Sony tries to bring these multiplayer experiences, but with such a small base of consoles boredom is guaranteed.     1) este juego tiene muy pocos modos de juegos como unos 4 en solitario 8c8 y en equipos y despues de eso mada mas 2) hay un modo llamdo desafio que dura 30 minutos y se juega con cada personaje pero para jugarlo hay que comprar el desafio con monedas y esos desafios cuestan cada uno 500 monesas y 500 monedas cuesta 5 dolares aparte de los 80 dolares que cuesta el juego

    I downloaded it and only played it for a couple of minutes, this game is not for me it is very boring and monotonous, I would have preferred a Twisted Metal or something else, but maybe there is some small sector that you might like, but in my opinion it was very far from good, and let's see how they sell it after it stops being on the PSPlus

    Le doy dos puntos porque al principio puedes jugar un rato hasta que se empieza a hacer repetitivo. Al principio vas jugando sin saber bien cómo va y pasas un rato, pero cuando ves los micropagos te echas las manos a la cabeza. Además cuando salga del plus, además de los micropagos en mi opinión tremendamente abusivos, pasará a costar 80€, menos mal que lo cogí ya.     RNG the game. Doing well in this game feels like luck rather than skill. Controls feel slippery. I always seem to just miss my targets. Trophy list is awful and requires players to ignore winning the match and focus on character specials. Many players quit half way through matches if it's not going their way. That's assuming that you actually find players online. Servers are a ghost town.

    Juego con una premisa simple qué en papel suena muy entretenida y que si hubiera sido mejor implementada estaríamos hablando de un juego destacable positivamente. El verdadero problema comienza al probar más a fondo el juego y nos damos cuenta de que carece de profundidad, muy pocos modos de juego, se vuelve repetitivo y la banda Sonora es pésima.

    Good job this game is free with PS Plus because I’d be even more annoyed if I paid for it. The game genuinely looked like crazy fun but turned out to be crazy boring after a few games. Disappointed is an understatement.

    This game should be free to play. No depth or storyline. Not much customization. The characters, cars, and stages have little to no detail. It’s not even enjoyable to destroy other cars. How do you mess that up?! Hard pass on this one people.

    Bad game with pay wall. Characters are ugly and made to make some PC movements happy. Eyes are hurting from animation and flashes on the screen. 10/10 rating is from the bots 100%.

    Could have been a good game but I find the input lag when trying to attack sucks and the character controls when out of the vehicle are all over the place. And I'm not sure how it decides to award points but I've gotten good hits in and gotten no points just seems like a game that isn't finished and they want $80 for it i wouldnt even pay $20 for this

    Me tarde más en descargarlo, que el tiempo que lo jugué, los mapas son enormes, no hay muchos carros en el mapa, la banda sonora es para sordos, no existe, muy malo el juego, ademas de que tenia problemas de conexion, me sacaba de las partidas a cada momento.

    From the open mic integration to boring and instantly forgettable gameplay mechanics, the best thing to happen to this game was making it free on ps+.
