    Es Justo como supuse que seria. Me alegra mucho que el hype y la nostalgia no fueran lo único por lo que estoy disfrutando tanto este juego, ya que se siente tan familiar y fresco a la vez. Bravo BluepointGames y Playstation.

    Excellent, it has the essence of the PS3 Version that i beat on my PS3, but with sublime new textures and mechanics that make it a nice remake of the classic game. Fully recommended

    Demon's Souls is a very special game. It's the game that kicked off the Souls style of games. It's very experimental and does not shy away from throwing players off. So many great ideas for its time. And BluePoint did an amazing job and fixed the one issue the old game had; framerate. It runs so fluidly in the performance mode at 60fps. There are some weird re-designs for sure. ButDemon's Souls is a very special game. It's the game that kicked off the Souls style of games. It's very experimental and does not shy away from throwing players off. So many great ideas for its time. And BluePoint did an amazing job and fixed the one issue the old game had; framerate. It runs so fluidly in the performance mode at 60fps. There are some weird re-designs for sure. But overall it's amazing. One thing that should be noted is the diffculty. While this is a challenging game.. it isn't as hard as some of the later games in the series. It isn't a walk in the park by any stretch of the imagination but it's also not the hardest souls game. Overall it's as amazing as I remember it and better for the most part. Definitely a must play for fans of the souls style games.… Expand

    Nos encontramos con uno de los mejores remakes del ultimo tiempo, Bluepoint hace mas que justicia a este clásico de PS3, sino que ademas se da el lujo de mejorarlo en varios aspectos, cuidando el mas mínimo detalle de lo original para que no pierda su esencia. Mejor soundtrack y aprovechando el audio 3D de PS5 se logra una mayor inmersión.     Best souls like game ever made, Bluepoint has done it again. Another great remake. Great gameplay with smooth frame rates and one of the great visual graphics in video game history. Games like this are the why PlayStation has always been better than Xbox.

    I first played demon souls 12 years ago, and it was one of my few PS3 games. i remembered that I spent a lot of time beating the first level and had to use a glitch on the last boss because it was too hard for me back then. When I played the remake on PS5 launch day, I didn't die once before beating the first boss. Suddenly all the memory comes back along with the game. It is such a loyalI first played demon souls 12 years ago, and it was one of my few PS3 games. i remembered that I spent a lot of time beating the first level and had to use a glitch on the last boss because it was too hard for me back then. When I played the remake on PS5 launch day, I didn't die once before beating the first boss. Suddenly all the memory comes back along with the game.     Some people actually think this is good? Bloodborne is my favorite game of all time and i sold Demon's Souls after finishing it. How can anyone even recommend this? I'm so confused.

    Now I want to say that the graphics look great BUT the atmosphere in the game does not feel like Demons Souls, you can tell it's missing something    I'll just state that I've been a fan of the Souls series before anyone even knew what Demons Souls was.     Now I want to say that the graphics look great BUT the atmosphere in the game does not feel like Demons Souls, you can tell it's missing something and that is the Fromsoftware touch.. I also do not like how the player character says " ha ha huh huh" every time you swing the sword I know it's odd to say but it just doesn't fit in a Demons Souls game.
    I like the OST but it also does not fit Demons Souls, you do not feel the "purgatory" feeling of the music that the original had and wish that they had an option to play the game with the original sounds., it sounds more like Bloodborne.
    They made a lot of design changes but they kept the abusing of backstabs.. I just dont get why. The boss designs are great. A lot of people didnt like how the new vanguard boss looked but I dig it.

    I also dont think it's worth the price.

    Awesome game. It is difficult but it makes you keep wanting to play in order to get better. Very rewarding when clearing an area.Graphics are amazing, even in performance mode. Highly recommend .

What are these holograms running around? What's with these messages? Why doesn't it pause? Just a brief sampling: I got stuck in the first zone. I see the huge door. Can't go right, only left. So I go left. It circles me around back to the door. A message says "try fire." On this door?? Ok... so I use a firebox by going into my inventory and selecting use and it automatically lobs it in the direction I was facing. That will be even more useless in combat than it was on this door. So, like a desperate fool, I light my sword on fire and try hitting the door. The message said try fire, I'm trying... I do back through the left path and find the lever. Had to work up the nerve to pull it because 2 messages said to pull it so there was a solid chance it was a trap. I get through and kill the pokey shield blob easily. So, I go back to the nexus. New girl says the monumental will explain. I ran around for 15 minutes till I lucked into noticing the talk notification as I ran by the kid. Why wouldn't that trigger automatically or be more out in the open? Whatever, let's press on. I continue through the zone and make it to the tower knight. Die instantly of course and now I have to run the gauntlet again. I get back and last longer. Kill the archers on the stairs, even got some hits in. Noticed his leg is shooting out blue or something but died without doing much else. Gotta run the gauntlet again. Died on the way so I just went to bed not in the least bit wanting to play more. But I gave it another go this morning. Tried some other zones. I hate all the tight corridors. I just kind of hate the game. Different strokes and all that I guess. But this is just not for me.    … Expand

    The people who made this got their degree by copeing from each other, doing favors to teachers, begging their teachers, looking at youtube videos to learn how to program and they lack imagination, common sense in controls and decency. To that, add the fact that sony has started stealing peoples money from their profiles using its 1st party titles, and you got a big zero for its score.

    Beautiful global illumination in a stunning performance mode at 60fps with outstanding fidelity makes this game look and feel amazing, the 3d audio with haptic feedback will make u jump out your seat when getting surprisingly ambushed by tough enemies. This game is full of content to keep u busy for many hours. Demon's Souls for ps5 is a true masterpiece.

    This is the best looking Souls game I have ever played period. It performs just like any souls game so if you are a fan of them you will enjoy this game.

    Does it have a buggy launch? Not really. It's possibly the most polished souls game you'll play on launch. Of course there are some cheesy exploits that have been overlooked, but overall, you can run an entire playthrough without encountering any.

    Is the art style generic, or worse than the original? No. Well this is subjective, but I quite liked the art style. It's insane how Bluepoint pulled off some good looking picturesque scenes with such high fidelity photorealism. Also if you dont like the art style, you can change the filters in the settings. Which give it a more ps3 look.

    There really isnt much I can add further, it's a solid game which isnt as brutally hardcore as other souls game, and I quite enjoyed it for that. It's a nice balanced experience that's perfect for casuals and veterans.    … Expand

    This was a very necessary remake and despite my worries bluepoint delivered. Ps3 took a lot of games hostage back in the game and there were some areas that ran terribly on it. Im taking one point off because pre order bonuses and deluxe edition stuff is pretty scummy for a remake that already costs 70 bucks

    Welcome to real next gen! Stunnig visuals ans superb graphic makes Demon's souls ps5's graphical benchmark. Playing one of the best RPG games of history in this graphic and dual sense controller is fantastic. I donno how to express my feeling.     I think they did a great job with the remake. Having lightning fast load times really made this game better because I often found myself warping around the levels often. All the visual filter options are cool and the game looks great.
    I think it plays well but I did have a few minor glitches.

    My only issues are with Demon's Souls itself. Playing a melee character is really difficult and not as viable as it was in Dark Souls 1-3. I had to start over and play a mage because otherwise the game is frustrating as heck. But I definitely enjoyed it. I just don't think it's as balanced with the classes and customizations as Dark Souls.
    While there are some memorable and fun boss fights, they were definitely a lot easier than Dark Souls bosses. It felt like the levels themselves were more challenging here and just getting to the bosses was the real challenge. I wish the end boss wasn't such a wimp.

    This game isn't worth $70 but when it's on sale I'd definitely recommend it.    … Expand

    The game is beautiful and I know they wanted it to be like the original, but they could have made the game a little more fun and the bosses more difficult, I know many had trouble passing the game but I found it very easy compared to other soul's games . but no less is a good game.

    La Next Gen la inicia esta obra maestra modernizada por el gran equipo de Bluepoint mostrando un juego detallado y que te atrapa de principio a fin, sufres, evolucionado como jugador y crece tu PJ. Con una ambientación sublime y una recreación de escenarios asombrosa. Si quieres experimentar la Next Gen, este es el juego indicado.

    Es asombroso como despues de dos generaciones este juego que salio para PS3 pueda verse asi, graficos bien hechos, excelente sonido-musica y el dual sense mejoran exponencialmente la experiencia. los jefes de cada zona se ven geniales y con algunos detalles pudieron mejorarlos en cuanto su aspecto, sin duda vale la pena los 69.9 dolares.     Bluepoint really knocked it out of the park with this one stunning visuals smooth framerates and some tweaks to make it feel like a modern game all while staying true to the original game i'm really enjoying it
    I think it's time for sony to let them make something other than a remake because the talent is there.

    Ich versteh die ganzen Positiven Bewertungen absolut nicht. Schlechte Spielmechanik, katastrophale Kameraführung. Man kann nicht Zwischenspeichern und bei jedem Ableben muss alles nochmal von vorne machen, ich spiele die meisten Spiele auf hart aber hier kommt mehr Frust als Spaß auf.

    The best thing about this wonderful remake is that it truly feels like a new "Souls" game, rather than an old one being brought back to life. The graphics are incredible, the music is wonderful and the kingdom of Boletaria was recreated beautifully by Bluepoint Games. If you managed to get a PS5, but still haven't played this game, you're wasting your time.

But as for the rest, ignore their stupidity, this game alone is enough of a reason to get the PS5, my guess is a lot of them are butthurt Xbots who are pissed they won't get a single exclusive for 2 years, who the heck else would hate on such an awesome game.     Incrível. Platinei o Demon's Souls no PS3. Naquele tempo o game já era revolucionário. E hoje mais uma vez o Demon's Souls faz o seu nome na história. Ótimo remake.

    It’s a perfect remake and I think the only people who might be disappointed with it are… the die-hard FromSoftware fans. You see, the new Demon’s Souls shows clearly how much Miyazaki’s games have evolved throughout the years. The Dark Souls series simply does everything better. The remake looks like a prototype in comparison, while still being way ahead of other developers’ achievements in this genre. [01/2021, p.46]

    Overall, Demon’s Souls is still the most interesting and varied game in the Souls series. This remake not only looks lovely on the PlayStation 5 but is also a joy to play with all the tweaks and improvements that have been introduced. Now if only people would look past its supposed difficulty and see its carefully crafted intricacy instead.

    I went in expecting the world out of the Demon’s Souls remake and it delivered me the galaxy. I don’t normally speak this highly of games, but this is the one exception. Absolutely every facet of the original has been enhanced and it has stood the test of time. Bluepoint has done an incredible job at not only reinvigorating an underappreciated gem, but also leveraging the new technologies afforded to them with Sony’s new system. While there are a couple of minor technical blemishes, they don’t take away from how good of an experience this game is and Bluepoint’s diligence as a developer will surely see these kinks ironed out. This game is a system seller.
