    Currently playing this with my girlfriend on split screen, and we are loving it.
    Who would of tought girls could be so cut throat, she made hard decisions on the fly, that would of take me some minutes to think over.... some of her gaming style choices still keep me up at night...


    Yeah just buy it!

    The Goat, I have played games since 1990, and this is my first comment on games, I give 10 of 10 for baldur's gate 3, massive stories and choices and open ending drive me exciting and unforgettable, 2023 is an amazing year in game history, Zelda has already made a great job but compared with BG3, I prefer giving a little bit higher rating to BG3.

    Hands down best RPG you could play. I bought it both on PC and on PS5. The mechanics work almost flawlessly on controller it has some slight jack, but it hasn't taken away from my immersive experience. Role-Playing just about any character you could want has never been easier than with this game at least in my personal experience. For my PS5 playthrough I decided to play as a half elf bard and conman. It's been quite the fun experience bringing this character to life and tackling situations as he would have in my mind. The story and characters are extremely compelling and the maps are massive. Reactivity is at an all time high. Combat is some of the best I've played and this is coming from someone who usually hates turn based Combat. This system won me over though for building my party effectively paying attention to the environment, and strategizing on using it with my abilities to the fullest. It feels like a loving breathing world and it's refreshing to have a game where I'm not special I'm just a dude with a worm in my head with other people with the same issue. Here's to many more adventures in Faerûn. Huzzah!… Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. A PERFECT 10! I've played it entirely on PC and I'm now doing a second playthrough on PS5. There isn't much left to be desired and the patches for minor bugs are coming in frequently. Any person rating this less than a 10 has either lost mind from skull, or they're shamelessly doing so because an "exclusive overhyped". space "thriller" failed miserably to deliver.… Expand

    Absolutely amazing game. I literally can't put it down. Graphics are good. Story is gripping. Also the voice acting is probably the best I've seen in a RPG. Probably the most immersive RPG I've played.

    One of the best games I have played in years! This game is so refreshing. The story and characters are some of the most memorable in gaming. The RPG aspects are second to none. This game give you the choices to literally play however you want. The graphics look fantastic, not quite as good as other PS5 games. But considering how ambitious the game is it's not an issue.     One of the best Rpgs I have ever played and easily one of my all time favorite games. The amount of care and passion that went into Baldurs Gate 3 is simply astounding. Even if you are usually not a big fan of turns-bases combat, I would highly recommend to check out Baldurs Gate 3 regardless. This game is a masterpiece!

    An amazing game. I have spent countless hours since launch exploring and engaging in visceral turn based combat. The story is fantastic and the characters are brilliantly written with tons of depth. The voice acting is phenomenal too! This game is truly a masterpiece.

    Baldurs Gate 3 delivers, from it's unique story, likeable characters, and extensive character creation. The story is so in depth that you end up losing track of time and just want to keep playing. It's turn based style element, isn't one I'm usually into but given the fact that is the world of Dungeons and Dragons it's extremely fitting for the games immersive storyline.     For someone that does not really enjoy Turn Based Combat, I was surprised. This game is so enjoyable, everything and everyone has a personality, new stuff and new event always happens they are never any dull moments in this game. I highly recommend for any one to play this even if they isn’t your cup of tea.

    Normally I play first person action or third person action games that don't have a steep learning curve or or require significant time investment to get some kind of enjoyment or value out of. This is the first RPG since Mass Effect trilogy that actually has me hooked. Everything that I wanted in a rpg is packed in Baldur's Gate 3..story, written with absolute love. Each choices is has a meaning and impacts the story as well. From the start it took me literally 1 hour in character creation to read each class and spells and make my character to how I want to roleplay. Characters are heavily voiced acted and my word npcs have voices and most all have unique things to say. Never thought a game like this would have me stay up late especially work days. I called out 3 days straight because this game has hooked me since early access for PS5. The music is absolutely a Grammy winner here, even the creation customization has epic and smooth music it never re-loops. The imagination runs wild on this game..I blocked the door way with chests when you face the first boss in the prologue so the boss doesn't bring his minions the boss was easy and stole the boss's weapon and take it for my own.

    It does have technical issues yes but they are minor and easily can be patch out. My score is a 10! A Masterpiece that defines to what an rpg should be.    … Expand

    I could call it the best RPG ever made! From the lore of Dungeons and Dragons. You could expect a lot of story and lore much more any game could provide you. While the gameplay create by Larian Studios is a masterpiece. It's not like any other typical turn-based RPG but you have to be tactician as well and that gives us more of the excitement than any other turn-based RPG. The story has aI could call it the best RPG ever made! From the lore of Dungeons and Dragons. You could expect a lot of story and lore much more any game could provide you. While the gameplay create by Larian Studios is a masterpiece. It's not like any other typical turn-based RPG but you have to be tactician as well and that gives us more of the excitement than any other turn-based RPG. The story has a lot of freedom for you to adventure forth. You can play 10-20 playthrough without experience the same route and each playthrough can take up to 80-100 hours. This game is enormous.

This is a game that you can definitely play for years to come either solo, couch co-op or online multiplayer.

    Don’t believe on naysayers as they are either review bombing the game in support of other developers who doesn’t want to craft a masterpiece game and or liars with nothing better to do. This is easily a 95/100.    … Expand

    There are so many things to say about this game that I could just stand up and applaud for 10 minutes straight. It's definitely a game that deserves to be the "Game of the Year," absolutely fantastic in every aspect. Hats off to Larian.

    Great game, i’ve had about 30 hours play time so far. Ignore the xbox trolls mad about star field and coming to review bomb the game. This game is an experience you won’t forget. This game runs pretty well, haven’t noticed crazy frame drops.

The way you can play the game the way you want to play and it will be your story. I am so grateful to have my love of RPGs rekindled after feeling the apathy that was beginning to set in with todaysThis is a generation defining RPG. The game is complicated - especially to those who are not familiar with DnD mechanics - and you're required to really take your time with it.     I love this game. Already clocked in at 24 hours of play time, been playing early access because I preordered the game and been having a blast all around.

    I love it when RPGs give you complete agency over everything, and it seems to have no limitations on what you can or can't do, the dialogue options are fun, the characters are interesting to talk to with their own motives and    I love this game.     The only downside one might see is turn-based combat, but I honestly think it was done pretty well here. The sheer number of skills and perks you get for characters allows you tons of ways to make the combat fun. It's even to a point where you can give your characters the ability to attack multiple times per turn and decimate enemy camps with high dps. The RPG aspects is what initially got me playing this game but the combat is so much fun that I can't put the game down.

    The game also gives you tons of game options to customize the game to make things even more difficult if you want it to be. I really like the karmic dice option which allows you to go classic DND ruleset using the dice more often which can make combat and dialogues even more complex than it is.

    The sheer amount of ways to have fun and keep you engaged and coming back to this game is why I think Baldur's Gate 3 is a masterpiece.    … Expand

    Never played any d&d games and this one was my first. Was really sceptical but boy I was wrong and the game is amazing. Love everything about it and would recommend anyone to play it :)

    Groundbreaking games introduce new players to a genre or subgenre they normally wouldn't consider, BG3 is exactly that. I'm by no means a fan of D&D or really any tabletop game but this was so compelling it's been impossible to put down. While I'm roughly only 20 hours into the game this has already been one of the most memorable gaming experiences I've ever had. Pure, Magic.

    Without a doubt the best RPG ever created! Whether for the freedom of choices, narrative or captivating characters, it does not lose in any aspect. I've been playing for hours and the only thing I want is Keep playing! The best RPG experience, whether for fans of the genre or not. Everyone needs to give this masterpiece a chance!!!

    I've been playing on Tactician, so every choice I make determines how well I do in the fight.     I'm so happy fot hte progress BG3 is. It is an entirely new step in gaming. Above everything. I really cannot recommend it enough. Story-wise, narration-wise, visually, musically... Such a modern Masterpiece.

    i can't believe this game . i never played crpg and never intended to - but suggested hundred times from others to play this one . and boy im glaaaad i did . no game ever gonna surpass the choices u have and the thrills you get when playing this one - don't hesitate , try it for yourself

    BG3 has rolled a 20 to get itself into GOTY contention.
    From the smooth gameplay and gorgeous graphics, this is the true next generation experience and no other RPG comes close. This will be remembered as one of the greatest games.

    The game does not disappoint. Plays amazing on PS5 and the UI for actions being all radial menus frees up screen space to see more of the world. GOTY.

    I got this on PC and PS5. It is an amazing game.

    I've never been a fan of turn-based games or DnD. But this game has choices that matter, great dialog, really meaningful actions and outcomes. It also has emotion.

    And you can play it a variety of ways. The devs also listen to fans and fix bugs.

    I love how 0 star reviewers has put 100+ hours in this game, when it's not been out on PS5 for 100+ hours. You can barely hate act 3 yet.

    10/10 a masterpiece so much better than that garbage Starfield, I wish this game was only on PlayStation so I could rub it in the faces of those Xbots, Ignore the low frames at some points in the game because I know the series X can't do any better and the series S is trash.

    Game is stunning to look at on the PS5 and I haven’t encountered any performance related issues. I’m new to the whole genre and Baldurs gate franchise, purchased due to all the hype around it. I enjoy turn based combat games however the only thing annoying me is just how painfully difficult it is even on normal difficulty setting - I feel like all fights I can’t win & I know this isn’tGame is stunning to look at on the PS5 and I haven’t encountered any performance related issues.     I don’t normally rate games, but this is a great game. I’ve played around 40 hours since it released on PS5 and having a blast.
    There have been some minor issues but the patch fixes are quick and show dedication to deliver a great product.

    The music and graphics are great.

    Played this on PC first. PS5 version is second for better co-op experience, from the standpoint that my family is remote and they don't have all PC's. LOVE this game. The only reason I’m not giving it a 10 is because I believe that the game could use some QOL updates such as armor/weapon transmog, dye previews, & relationshipThis game is a must-play for any PS5 owners.     Amazing game! ALL negative reviews are disgusting Starfield and Zelda fanboys who don't even own BG3, trying their hardest to review-bomb the clear GOTY, so their games can stand a chance. Ignore them, they are toxic sore losers.

    Larian making history with this game, what a masterpiece. One of my favourite games of all time along FF, ocarina of time or morrowind. Cant compare beocuse the time distance, but this game its gonna be for new generations what those games were for little me long ago.

    Um "Obra de Arte", um dos "Melhores Games" que ja joguei na minha vida, a o Fato/Gênero RPG nunca vi ser tão bem executado como esse jogo faz. Baldurs Gate 3 é o meu Game of The Year torço para que ganhe para poder ser chamado de Baldurs Goty 3❤

    A great RPG with a big scope, however, performance is poor and the game struggles to chug along once hitting ACT 2. reviews claimed this to be the "most polished game" its far from it if you enjoy CRPGs youll enjoy this, but keep in mind, the performance is subpar and takes you out of the immersion

    It is abundantly clear why this massive adventure took six years to develop from every lovingly sharpened plot hook, every subtle quirk of a party member’s lips, and every new arrangement of that gorgeous, central musical motif. Baldur’s Gate 3 is a glorious lightning strike, pairing talent with timing for not just a worthy successor to the series’ crown, but something truly special in its own right.
