    Apsulov: End of Gods isn’t likely to set anyone’s world on fire – there’s nothing here that’s going to truly wow you. It is a well-constructed horror-adventure, however, and once it’s sucked you in it doesn’t let go until the credits roll. If you have a love of Norse mythology and want to see it successfully blended with a futuristic sci-fi setting to good effect, Apsulov: End of Gods comes highly recommended. Others might want to jump in, too, if they like games that offer something just a bit different.

    هي لعبة رعب ضمن فئة " رعب البقاء" من منظور الشخص الاول، مبنية على أساطير و قصص الميثولوجيا الاسكندنافية، ممزوجة بعناصر قصص الخيال    ابسولوف

    هي لعبة رعب ضمن فئة " رعب البقاء" من منظور الشخص الاول، مبنية على أساطير و قصص الميثولوجيا الاسكندنافية، ممزوجة بعناصر قصص الخيال العلمي ، تتميز اللعبة بأجوائها المظلمة و اعتمادها على عناصر التباين بين الضوء و الظلام لدب الرعب في نفس اللاعب و بناء هالة من الرعب النفسي بشكل مستمر .

    تاتينا لعبة "APSULOV" من فريق التطوير المستقل "Angry Demon Studio" و باستخدام محرك Unreal Engine 4 للرسوم و الجرافيكس، تجمع اللعبة بين اسلوب الرعبة كما في "ريزيدنت ايفل 7" و عناصر الرعب النفسي مماثلة للعبة "سايلنت هيل" ،كل ذلك في عوالم متداخلة بين واقعنا الحالي و مواقع اسطورية من الميثولوجيا الاسكندنافية .

    القصة
    تدور أحداث اللعبة حول سلسلة من عمليات التنقيب في باطن الارض، للبحث عن آثار للحضارات القديمة، تحديدا الاسكندنافية، و استكشافهم لبقايا اثرية في غاية الندرة و الغرابة، يعتقد بأنها تعود إلى زمن سحيق ، و ارتباط هذه الآثار بمدينة "ميدغارد" الاسطورية.
    حيث قام العلماء بتحليل هذه الآثار و القيام باكتشافات مذهلة و في غاية الغرابة ، و اسطاعوا استغلال الطاقة الغريبة في الآثار و المعلومات التي تم تحليلها من المخطوطات الصخرية، بفتح بوابات ناقلة بين الابعاد المختلفة ، و بدون قصد، قاموا بفتح بوابة إلى عالم الجحيم ..

    الابتكار:

    اللعبة ببساطة عبارة عن لعبة رعب من منظور الشخص الأول ، مشابهة للعبة "ريزيدنت ايفل 7 و 8 " بلمسات مختلفة و أجواء من الخيال العلمي ممزوجة بالميثولوجيا الاسكندنافية "نورس" ، تبدا اللعبة بدرجة جيدة من الحماس و التشويق و الرعب ، و لكن سرعان ما تعتاد على الأجواء و يتلاشى الشعور بالخوف و تتحول اللعبة إلى مجرد لعبة مغامرة ببعض عناصر القنال و الاستكشاف و حل الالغاز.
    تحتوي اللعبة على درجة جيدة من الصعوبة و التي تضيف شكل من أشكال التحدي للاعبين، و لكن ستجد نفسك في اغلب الأحيان تصارع ميكانيكيات اللعبة الهشة ،و التي تشكل عائق امام اللاعب في القتال و التسلل و الحركة.

    الرسوم :

    جيدة جدا بشكل عام ، و تستغل عناصر الضوء و الظلام و الظلال بشكل ممتاز في التخفي و الرعب ، كما قدمت تنوع جيد في البيئات و المناطق و التي أعطت جو من التجدد اثناء الاستكشاف و التجوال في مناطق اللعبة المختلفة، و مثالية جدا لألعاب الرعب بشكل عام ، و رعب البقاء بشكل خاص.

    الموسيقى :

    موسيقة تصويرية عادية، و لكن قدمت اللعبة مؤثرات صوتية ممتازة التي عززت من اجواء الرعب و الترقب في اللعبة ،و لكن ليست بالدرجة التي قد تتوقها من ألعاب رعب البقاء.

    التحكم :

    تأخر بسيط في الاستجابة، ويعتبر التحكم في اللعبة العدو الأكبر للاعب، قد يتسبب التأخير البسيط في الاستجابة بسخط العديد من اللاعبين و توقفهم عن اللعب فورا.

    كان بالامكان استغلال اجواء اللعبة و الفكرة العامة بشكل افضل ، و لكن تبقى جيدة كلعبة رعب بقاء بالرغم من كل المشاكل المتعددة فيها.
    اعتبرها بداية جيدة لفريق التطوير و تمتلك هذه اللعبة امكانية ممتازة في حالة تم تحويلها إلى سلسلة ألعاب رعب    … Full Review »

    Apsulov end of gods is a 5 hour long first person horror game. The story pulls from Norse mythology, but I really didntfind it all that interesting, here you’ll be going through these abandoned hallways with the occasional enemy attacking, if an enemy kills you you’ll have an opportunity to respawn where you died by collecting orbs while you’re stalked by another, but if you fail the task, you’ll respawn at your last save point, though you can fight back eventually, you’ll be able to release a pulse of energy, this energy pulse is rechargeable and is how the majority of puzzles are solved here, and by puzzles I mean opening gates, no thoughts provoking puzzles,, the thought mostly comes from remembering which was to go once the game ask you to backtrack.. Which is often... and also what drags this game down the most…? Apsulov end of gods is a really pretty game at times, but it suffers from repeat areas. Your rarely in a cool new area, the game looks and feels the same for the most part from start to finish, eventually feeling like a chore to get through because of this.. And same with the checkpoint spawning if you die, having to retake elevators, find your way through hallways, relisten to story based audio... giving you even more reason to not die, the game makes me backtrack enough as it is, I don’t need sosme spider dude doing it to me too.. Overall apsulov end of gods is a decently enjoyable game to run through, trying to figure out how you connect to all of these Norse gods, but the horror and level variety is lacking...
    You wont necessarily regret your time spent with this game, but youll wish they through more of its cool moments at you than it does…

The storyline and atmosphere are always appealing throughout the game and you always get a bit of goosebumps. The theme has many interesting moments and experiences. Gameplay-wise and graphically, "Apsulov: End of Gods" is very exciting and will always give you some great moments. If you would like to experience an intense and atmospheric horror game, you should take a closer look at "Apsulov: End of Gods".… Full Review »
