Played it on the WiiU, way better than on Xbox One and Playstation4. The gamepad's map, camera when scanning and touch screen made it more interesting to play. Its kinda dull on everything else

The original ZombiU could hardly be called a good game but the experience it provided was quite solid. That's exactly what the problem with this port is - it lacks all the unique features the Wii U version had. It was the Wii U GamePad usage that made the game, at the very least, memorable, and none of those stunning abilities it gave the player are present in this shallow, budget port. The original ZombiU could hardly be called a good game but the experience it provided was quite solid. Also, a betrayal - what else can you expect from Ubisoft.

The emotion and sadness over a character death is taken away EVERY TIME by a big "Sign into Network" coming on screen. Really Ubisoft? You push out a budget single player game with no online content, and then pressure us to sign in at a moment you should be trying to keep immersion?

Zombi has graphics and game play that just don't cut it for a current gen release. The selection of weapons, enemies and locations is quite poor. Each level feels cramped and quite linear, you can't really get yourself into trouble or go looting and exploring. While it's price tag does offset this deficiency somewhat.

I have a WiiU, though this title never really interested me. Seeing as it was free for PS Plus members (April 2016), I said, why not? After playing quite a bit of it, I'm glad that I never bought it.It's not a downright terrible game, but many of its sections are very boring, gameplay-wise and also environment-wise. If anything, I might keep playing it just to get the platinum trophy.I have a WiiU, though this title never really interested me.

Zombi, originally a PlayStation Vita RPG port, attempts to deliver a creepy zombie experience but falls short in certain areas. The gameplay is locked at 30fps, which limits the fluidity of the overall experience. Additionally, it can't escape the feeling of being a clone of Dead Island.

This port can't really hit the same high notes of the original on WiiU, and from a technical standpoint it's definitely not the best around. At least the price tag is low.

So compelling are the first seven or so hours that the filthy tricks of the finale can't even sour them. [Issue#166, p.96]

On a technical level, sadly, Zombi disappoints. That said, Zombi is saved by an evocative world and a few innovative features that make it feel newer. [December 2015, p71]
