This, however, is what makes you immerse in this game and what makes it stand out when compared to other platformers. His character feels so alive, and without noticing you end up replying to his constant jokes. At times even with Squid’s dialogue where he adjusts the game difficulty to avoid humiliation.
The levels are super dynamic, and constantly changing whilst progressing through the level and this with Squid’s capabilities and his ai planning. As a 2D platformer, the colours and graphics are well presented making the game more interesting. The use of shapes and colors is also part of the AI plot to increase the difficulty at times. Additional settings on color schemes provide a level playing to players who find the default settings difficult.
The music is so fun to listen and catchy and well placed within the game. Calm moments followed by those tracks that make you go crazy.
That is not all, when you get to a level of frustration opting to quit the game, Jonas pulled the best card for a platformer rage game providing an option to the I’m frustrated mini game.
I have been following Will You Snail? and after finally managing to play the game, the experience provided is more than I expected.
