    In my opinion, Supermassive Games does a better job of making interactive drama feel more like a video game than Quantic Dream (though I have to say I absolutely loved Detriot in spite of this). Until Dawn was scary, suspenseful and just in general lots of fun. This is how to do a solid horror game. Will definitely play again.

    As a horror fan this game left me extremally satisfied. The choices your forced to make are always leaving you question your decisions. Almost all the characters are fully fleshed out, with many of them having major flaws, which helped humanize them. All in all this game was extremely fun to play, and left me wanting more games like this.

    UNTIL DAWN es una buena manera de homenajear a las películas de horror adolescente , siendo divertido poder re jugar y re jugar el juego otra vez porque la partida que yo haga será diferente a la que tu hiciste a no ser que lo hayas platinado seria casi iguales , pero pasando por el elenco de que ha estado bien pero siento que los personajes como Matt o Jessica no tiene demasiadoUNTIL DAWN es una buena manera de homenajear a las películas de horror adolescente , siendo divertido poder re jugar y re jugar el juego otra vez porque la partida que yo haga será diferente a la que tu hiciste a no ser que lo hayas platinado seria casi iguales , pero pasando por el elenco de que ha estado bien pero siento que los personajes como Matt o Jessica no tiene demasiado protagonismo o de que sus escenas no lo tengan , debió ser la falta de tiempo pero por lo demás cada personaje tiene su momento de tensión o de que están en peligro , la forma en la que te quieren mostrar el efecto mariposa esta bien llevado y te lo explica de una manera simple y bien llevada , siendo para mi mejor que los juegos de Telltale esta manera de llevar una historia interactiva y juego de horror va genial , y también utiliza bien la mayoría de lo que puede hacer el dualshock 4 , se siente el miedo que lleva el personaje y cada error que se comete va a cambiar algo de la historia , por lo que te recomiende Until Dawn pues bienvenido sea a tu coleccion y si no te agrada mucho los juegos interactivos puedes darle una oportunidad y probarlo por que vale la pena jugarlo al menos una vez.… Expand

    A good horror adventure which is basically an interactive movie more than a game. The graphics and performance of actors are very good. The limited gameplay is not as shiny than the graphics. Personally for me it was not scary enough than I would expect from a 18+ game. Especially when the awesome spooky Peter Stomare as Dr. Hill increase tension and expectations such a lot but the gameA good horror adventure which is basically an interactive movie more than a game.     As somebody who picked this game up vie PS Now and played it all in two days time, I can say that I enjoyed my time for the most part. The only flaw or downside I had with the game was that some of the QTE's were a tidbit too fast and made me fail two or three times because I wasn't fast enough to hit them.

    Os gráficos são muito bonitos e a história até que é boa, só que tem alguns relacionamentos entre os personagens que eu achei um pouco forçado.

    Great experience to have with friends and family together. The game is not perfect, but it's quite fun and scary.

    A premissa de efeito borboleta é muito divertido para se explorar, o jeito que esse jogo recria os estereótipos de personagens de filmes de terror e os clichês é muito cômico, o jogo não é super assustador mas da uns sustinhos, os jumpscares são meio irritantes, uma coisa que senti falta no jogo foi que em um dos momentos achamos uma carta de alguém dizendo que queria matar Hannah e Beth eA premissa de efeito borboleta é muito divertido para se explorar, o jeito que esse jogo recria os estereótipos de personagens de filmes de terror e os clichês é muito cômico, o jogo não é super assustador mas da uns sustinhos, os jumpscares são meio irritantes, uma coisa que senti falta no jogo foi que em um dos momentos achamos uma carta de alguém dizendo que queria matar Hannah e Beth e depois não encontramos mais nada sobre isso, no total gostei muito do jogo… Expand

    Просто шикарное кино! Сюжет, графика - поражают, между героями чувствуется химия. Очень интересный геймплей, операторская работа - вау. Порадовала жестокость, куча записок и мистицизм. Люблю такие легенды, рад , что игра не скатилась в просто прятки от маньяка. От реиграбельности и нелинейности отвисает челюсть, буду перепроходить не 1 раз.Просто шикарное кино!     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Oynadığım seçimli, sinematik oyunların en iyisi. Karakterleri umursamada üst düzey. Oyunun son anında nefesimi tutuyordum, kolu hareket ettirmemek için.

    Oynama mekaniği çok kısıtlı ama Life is Strange'deki gibi boş şeylerle uğtaştırmadığı için rahatsız etmiyor. Kamera açıları eski Resident Evil oyunlarındaki gibi. Başta biraz rahatsız etmedi değil.

    Hikayede bazı mantıksızlıklar var ama korku filmlerine aşina olanlar için problem olmayacaktır.

    Oyundaki alınan kararlar ne kadar etkili bilmiyorum ama etkili olduğu hissini veriyor. Son bölüme kadar iyi gittim ama son bölümde birçok karakterin ölümüne sebep oldum. Üstelik bazıları aptalcaydı. Oyunlarda ana karakterler normalde ölmez, bunda da insan ister istemez yönettiği karakteri olmadık maceralara sürüklüyor. Ama bu oyunda ölebiliyorsun. Yani merakını bazen dizginlemen gerekiyor.

    Bir çok yerde Saw benzeri seçimler yapman gerekiyor. Baştakinde Josh denen eleman ölsün dedim. Sonra kendi kafama değil sevdiğim kızın kafasına sıkmayı tercih ettim, çünkü genlerimi sonraki nesle aktarmam gerekiyordu.

    Emily denen kıza başta acayip gıcık oluyordum ama yönetince sempati duydum ve kurtardım. Sonda Emily, Sam ve Matt hayatta kaldı. Herkesi kurtarmak mümkün mü bilmiyorum ama bir kaç kişiyi daha kolayca kurtarabilirdim.

    Quick Time Event mevzusu hiçbir oyunda bu kadar germedi beni. Çünkü kaydı yükleme falan yok, bir saniye geç kaldın diye karakter kalıcı olarak ölebiliyor.

    Oyunculuklar yılına göre epey iyiydi. Sony bu işi iyi yapıyor zaten. Neticede hikayesi, seçimleri ve karakterleriyle gayet güzel bir gerilim oyunu olmuş.    … Expand

    It looks like a 80/90s movie. Very nice, honestly I expected worse. The gameplay does not give great satisfaction, but as a title it lets you play. On PS5 it runs very well. Amazed.

    Really cool game and the replay value of this game is endless , you can play this game over and over and get a different ending which is awesome, the story is cool and I wish they would make a sequel already and no man of medan does not count

    Like I said before I’m really not a fan of horror games, but this was something special. In terms of PS4 exclusives, I feel like this one tends to get left out of the convo a lot. Goes to show how many amazing games the PS4 got this generation but ANYWAYS, this game is a gem. Surprisingly gripping all the way through, there’s never a dull moment. The characters aren’t annoying either! ILike I said before I’m really not a fan of horror games, but this was something special. In terms of PS4 exclusives, I feel like this one tends to get left out of the convo a lot. Goes to show how many amazing games the PS4 got this generation but ANYWAYS, this game is a gem. Surprisingly gripping all the way through, there’s never a dull moment. The characters aren’t annoying either! I only lost 1 person through the whole game too so I call that a win!     Brilliant game in an interactive drama style, which feels like a breath of fresh air after playing 'Heavy Rain'.

    Excellent story, which reminds of 'I Know What You Did Last Summer', with beautiful graphics, and an ability to alter the outcome of the game based on your choices in game.

    I had a great time playing Until Dawn. It has an engaging storyline and good characters, even if some of them aren't particularly likable. I admire how dramatic some of the scenes are, where one mistake means a character's death. Some of the jump scares were cheap and predictable, and while the game wasn't very frightening, there were a few intense moments that had me holding my breath.

    Possibly the best horror game of the whole PS4 generation. The story line is properly twisted, and the first walkthrough will have a lot of surprising moments, that wont let you calm. Also the multiple walkthroughs still offer a lot of fun, as almost every choice can make a game a little bit different. The ultimate challenge is to save all the characters. All around, Until Dawn is a properPossibly the best horror game of the whole PS4 generation. The story line is properly twisted, and the first walkthrough will have a lot of surprising moments, that wont let you calm. Also the multiple walkthroughs still offer a lot of fun, as almost every choice can make a game a little bit different. The ultimate challenge is to save all the characters. All around, Until Dawn is a proper horror game, that can compete with the most notable titles in the genre without any difficulties. The game last about 7-9 hours, however the replayability is high and one walkthrough is not enough for this brilliant title. Only a few things bothers me, the first is the camera, that sometimes just doesn't work in a way that creators wanted and is making game more complicated and confusing. The second one is that a few characters just almost cannot die, authors could make the story more unpredictable with the possible role switching between all the characters. However, the storyline is great and the whole game is just awesome, must play for the all horror fans.

    A surprisingly great game. I did not know what to expect from this type of game, however, I am pleased to say that this was indeed a wonderful experience. I would easily recommend this to any gamer.

The totem system allows the player glimpses of possible outcomes as rewards for thorough level exploration. The butterfly effect premise is well executed although its presence is a bit too over emphasized at theUntil Dawn (8/10 Surprisingly Great): Until Dawn surprised me on how enjoyable the experience became. The game employs a variety of cool systems that enrich the gameplay and story. The totem system allows the player glimpses of possible outcomes as rewards for thorough level exploration. The butterfly effect premise is well executed although its presence is a bit too over emphasized at the start of the game. The story is interesting, engaging, and has some good twists. Some of the story beats are predictable, but the game contains multiple threads each interesting on their own. My most memorable moment involved choosing to save a friend with the option picked actually killing them. The clues system can be hit or miss with some clues providing a wealth of information expending the players knowledge of events and others providing useless information. While the story and gameplay systems are great, Until Dawn does contain flaws. Object interaction, the game’s camera, and walking around to discover items is not great. The camera angles are often obscuring and controlling the character feels jagged and clumsy. Some of the player choice prompts are not intuitive. Some prompts result in the character saying something completely different and some directional movement prompts are inaccurate. Game intermission sections with a psychiatrist interestingly play on the player’s preferences but also take the player out of the story and creates a disjointed feeling between chapters. The game also suffers some minor bugs resulting in a character’s torch to spin widely or light sources stick statically in one area. Until Dawn provides a player-controlled window into a 90’s slasher film, and surprisingly, it does a great job.… Expand

    A barely interactive horror film about typical American teenagers. You know, with a cabin. In the woods. And a psychopath. We’ve all seen that, we’ve heard these dialogues, we all know these characters. Still Until Dawn has a pretty good story and is a nice homage to horror flicks and despite being a collection of simple QTE’s can both engage and surprise. [11/2015, p.44]

    It's tense, smart, and able to arouse the player's curiosity until the end. Some design choices are a bit controversial, and the acting is not always spot on, but it's definitely a great homage to horror movies.

    Gameplay-wise, not exactly a killer app, but anybody who looks at those visuals will be dead impressed. Short, but plenty of reasons to replay, and it’s the spookiest game since Alien: Isolation. [November 2015, p72]
