    main game udah kayak nonton film dan dari segi pengambilan angle kameranya menurutku masih kurang, tapi dari itu semua kita di suguhkan dengan horor dan jumpscare yang sangat amat mengagetkan, oh iya kalian yg takut jumpscare apalagi kalo kalian ada masalah jantung plis jangan main game ini!

    One of the most replayable games I've ever played. If you are a fan of the Supernatural TV series and immersive horror gameplay, you should check this game out. Overall rating: 8.7.

    Until dawn while not being a perfect game is a very good one with not a lot of issues other than visuals bugging. Many of the scares got me, the characters are like-able, the graphics are actually good for being a 7 year old game. I loved the addition of the don't move parts. Overall i recommend until dawn to people who like choice based games and horror games.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Oynadığım seçimli, sinematik oyunların en iyisi. Karakterleri umursamada üst düzey. Oyunun son anında nefesimi tutuyordum, kolu hareket ettirmemek için.

    Oynama mekaniği çok kısıtlı ama Life is Strange'deki gibi boş şeylerle uğtaştırmadığı için rahatsız etmiyor. Kamera açıları eski Resident Evil oyunlarındaki gibi. Başta biraz rahatsız etmedi değil.

    Hikayede bazı mantıksızlıklar var ama korku filmlerine aşina olanlar için problem olmayacaktır.

    Oyundaki alınan kararlar ne kadar etkili bilmiyorum ama etkili olduğu hissini veriyor. Son bölüme kadar iyi gittim ama son bölümde birçok karakterin ölümüne sebep oldum. Üstelik bazıları aptalcaydı. Oyunlarda ana karakterler normalde ölmez, bunda da insan ister istemez yönettiği karakteri olmadık maceralara sürüklüyor. Ama bu oyunda ölebiliyorsun. Yani merakını bazen dizginlemen gerekiyor.

    Bir çok yerde Saw benzeri seçimler yapman gerekiyor. Baştakinde Josh denen eleman ölsün dedim. Sonra kendi kafama değil sevdiğim kızın kafasına sıkmayı tercih ettim, çünkü genlerimi sonraki nesle aktarmam gerekiyordu.

    Emily denen kıza başta acayip gıcık oluyordum ama yönetince sempati duydum ve kurtardım. Sonda Emily, Sam ve Matt hayatta kaldı. Herkesi kurtarmak mümkün mü bilmiyorum ama bir kaç kişiyi daha kolayca kurtarabilirdim.

    Quick Time Event mevzusu hiçbir oyunda bu kadar germedi beni. Çünkü kaydı yükleme falan yok, bir saniye geç kaldın diye karakter kalıcı olarak ölebiliyor.

    Oyunculuklar yılına göre epey iyiydi. Sony bu işi iyi yapıyor zaten. Neticede hikayesi, seçimleri ve karakterleriyle gayet güzel bir gerilim oyunu olmuş.    … Expand

    Oh, it was scary! The game keeps you in suspense from the beginning to the end. Also, I really liked the plot, it ends in a completely different way from where it started. It is not known how many times you will have to go through the game to keep all the main characters alive, as a huge number of your decisions affect the fate of the entire plot. It's exciting.

    Until dawn is a decisions based horror story about 10 friends trapped in a snowy mountain. It's more like a movie where you get to make decisions for your characters than a typical game. It's not for everyone but I loved it.

    Until Dawn is one of those rare games that bridge the gap between traditional media and videogames. They really nailed the affect of playing a horror film. Janky controls are the only thing keeping this cult classic from being a 10 out of 10

The developers did a fantastic job capturing the feeling of a classic horror movie down to teenagers doing stupid things and forcing me to move forward when I would really rather not, as well as really makingUntil Dawn was a chilling experience from beginning to end.     Brilliant game in an interactive drama style, which feels like a breath of fresh air after playing 'Heavy Rain'.

    Excellent story, which reminds of 'I Know What You Did Last Summer', with beautiful graphics, and an ability to alter the outcome of the game based on your choices in game.

    I had a great time playing Until Dawn. It has an engaging storyline and good characters, even if some of them aren't particularly likable. I admire how dramatic some of the scenes are, where one mistake means a character's death. Some of the jump scares were cheap and predictable, and while the game wasn't very frightening, there were a few intense moments that had me holding my breath.

A nivel gráfico y técnico es una maravilla, con una banda sonora totalmente inmersiva, y un doblaje perfecto al castellano. Lo mejor sin duda es la historia y el enfoque de terror. Como mejorable, el sistema para repetir capítulos para ver otros finales, rutas o logros, se puede hacer pesado, ya que no tiene forma de acelerar los capítulos o escenas.     The ending could be improved. E.g, the reunion of the survivors, their thoughts regarding their actions, emotions, feelings towards each other etc. Barring that, definitely a wonderful game, way ahead of its time.

    Until dawn is a very pleasant game, the story is pretty well written as the main characters and the gameplay is correct for this kind of game, nice exploration, and many possibilities of ending. Just the QTE that are not so good. In conclusion, I recommend this game, if you wish to spend a good time with friends and you don't want to have a hardcore gamer experience.

The butterfly effect premise is well executed although its presence is a bit too over emphasized at the start of the game. The story is interesting, engaging, and has some good twists. Some of the story beats are predictable, but the game contains multiple threads each interesting on their own. My most memorable moment involved choosing to save a friend with the option picked actually killing them. The clues system can be hit or miss with some clues providing a wealth of information expending the players knowledge of events and others providing useless information. While the story and gameplay systems are great, Until Dawn does contain flaws. Object interaction, the game’s camera, and walking around to discover items is not great. The camera angles are often obscuring and controlling the character feels jagged and clumsy. Some of the player choice prompts are not intuitive. Some prompts result in the character saying something completely different and some directional movement prompts are inaccurate. Game intermission sections with a psychiatrist interestingly play on the player’s preferences but also take the player out of the story and creates a disjointed feeling between chapters. The game also suffers some minor bugs resulting in a character’s torch to spin widely or light sources stick statically in one area. Until Dawn provides a player-controlled window into a 90’s slasher film, and surprisingly, it does a great job.… Expand

Acredito que o jogo poderia ter um tempo maior para desenvolver os personagens, e infelizmente ele não cumpre com a proposta de as escolhas mudarem o futuro, tipo, algumas realmente mudam, mas a maioria nãoO jogo é realmente incrível, cumpre com a proposta de terror, te dá bastante susto e apresenta bastante suspense, ele desenvolve bastante os alguns personagens, mais outros nem tanto. Acredito que o jogo poderia ter um tempo maior para desenvolver os personagens, e infelizmente ele não cumpre com a proposta de as escolhas mudarem o futuro, tipo, algumas realmente mudam, mas a maioria não faz tanta diferença, principalmente as mortes de alguns personagens que não impacta tanto na história, essa crítica também se dá as colecionáveis que não acrescentam nada na história como o jogo diz, mas ele compensa bastante na questão do suspense no plot twist e no cenário (e no que mencionei no início da crítica), mesmo com esses problemas, eu recomendo é um jogo que vai te surpreender bastante.… Expand

    One of the most intense and well constructed choice games ever made. Characters and scenarios are all distinct with many choices available to the player. The twists keep coming. Story is intriguing and very interesting. The start of the game is very slow however which is not a good first impression on the player. Some ways to get away from enemies are also complicated without a guide.

    Possibly the best horror game of the whole PS4 generation. The story line is properly twisted, and the first walkthrough will have a lot of surprising moments, that wont let you calm. Also the multiple walkthroughs still offer a lot of fun, as almost every choice can make a game a little bit different. The ultimate challenge is to save all the characters. All around, Until Dawn is a properPossibly the best horror game of the whole PS4 generation. The story line is properly twisted, and the first walkthrough will have a lot of surprising moments, that wont let you calm. Also the multiple walkthroughs still offer a lot of fun, as almost every choice can make a game a little bit different. The ultimate challenge is to save all the characters. All around, Until Dawn is a proper horror game, that can compete with the most notable titles in the genre without any difficulties. The game last about 7-9 hours, however the replayability is high and one walkthrough is not enough for this brilliant title. Only a few things bothers me, the first is the camera, that sometimes just doesn't work in a way that creators wanted and is making game more complicated and confusing. The second one is that a few characters just almost cannot die, authors could make the story more unpredictable with the possible role switching between all the characters. However, the storyline is great and the whole game is just awesome, must play for the all horror fans.

It does a better job than most of the David Cage games and other choose your own adventure style games. While the characters aren't as fleshed out as TellTale's early Walking Dead and Wolf Among Us games, they change basedOne the best PS4 exclusives, and easily the best game Supermassive has made. I don't understand why they never did a full sequel. This game is terrifying and creative. It does a better job than most of the David Cage games and other choose your own adventure style games. This game is good playing solo or with friends (trading off with characters). Graphically it still looks good too. One of the last great horror games (at least until the Dead Space remake comes out). Story is great, sometimes it's scary, sometimes it's unpredictable so it is what could be expected from non-linear story-driven adventure. Characters are well-written - you can feel you know them in real life. One thing I would highlight as not the best solution us that it's not very clear and obvious what to do to save all ofIt's the playstation exclusive in the best meaning of the word. Story is great, sometimes it's scary, sometimes it's unpredictable so it is what could be expected from non-linear story-driven adventure. Characters are well-written - you can feel you know them in real life. One thing I would highlight as not the best solution us that it's not very clear and obvious what to do to save all of characters but from the other side it makes you feel harder about them. This game was in my "ToPlay" list but thanks to PS Plus collection I've got it for free so no way to miss this game - these 8 hours you won't forget.… Expand

    This game is one of the reasons i purchased my ps4. Playing through it again in 2021 on my ps5 @60fps and its still fantastic. It really is a once in a decade high quality story experience. The cast and storytelling are so well brought to life by the game engine, it really gets you hooked. The fact it is in the horror genre is a bonus! A must play 'point and click' style horror game.

    It looks like a 80/90s movie. Very nice, honestly I expected worse. The gameplay does not give great satisfaction, but as a title it lets you play. On PS5 it runs very well. Amazed.

Goes to show how many amazing games the PS4 got this generation but ANYWAYS, this game is a gem. Surprisingly gripping all the way through, there’s never a dull moment.     I am late to the party with this one. I didn't know this game existed until 2021, when I got my ps5 and this was one of the free games that came with the collection. So I replayed it again. And again. The third time I managed to save all 8 characters (plus wolfie) and it was quite challenging. And it felt so rewarding. Nothing beats the first time though, especially playing with a friend spectating, it really brought the experience to the next level. I am now letting another friend play it through my ps5 via shareplay, and he was instantly addicted to the story just like I was. And I am getting plenty of enjoyment watching him play and make choices, even with me knowing every possible outcome, and Ill keep encouraging my friends to try this game because I want to share this amazing experience with as many people as possible. Maybe I like horror games more than I thought, or maybe it's just my type of game, but either way, if you are remotely interested in horror movies or story driven games, this is really something you need to experience. Everything hit for me. The story was well thought out, interesting, and with more than enough twists and turns to keep it exciting. The pacing was good too. This can be hard to nail properly and at times i thought it dragged ever so slightly but it always felt worth it in the end. The characters were well written and cast. They were clearly inspired by and meant to fit all the classic stereotypes from the horror genre, but none of them felt bland, each one of them had their own unique personality, and they were relatable. This was enhanced by an excellent script with mostly realistic dialogue with an unexpected amount of genuine humor. The voice acting was top tier especially compared to other games. The attention to detail of it all was impressive. I was genuinely amazing at the countless nods to classic horror movies throughout. It was like the creators took every great horror movie, stuck them in a blender, and Until Dawn was the result. You would expect the final product to be bad and sloppy, but somehow they managed to make it the exact opposite and it feels expertly crafted. To add to my positive experience, I noticed very few (if any) bugs/glitches in my play throughs, Also, the graphics were outstanding for me. I had a hard time believing this game was from 2015. This could be due to my particular setup and your experience on a ps4 as opposed to a ps5 might be different. The score was outstanding. Audio in any horror film/game is extremely important for everything from the general vibes, to building suspense at crucial moments. It can make or break this type of thing, and they completely nailed it. From the main theme (O' Death) to all of the other music and sounds you hear, it is just perfect. The game tells you this, but I will reiterate: Your choices MATTER. After multiple play throughs, I noticed tons of changes from a bunch of different dialogues to seeing completely new scenes. This is a double edged sword though, as some choices lead to outcomes that are not as cinematically pleasing as others. In my opinion, there IS a correct way to play the game, but the only way to experience that correct way is to either coincidentally make all the best choices the first time (almost impossible to do) or just do multiple play throughs. If you like the first play through, I promise, going back and making all different choices is well worth it. The final scene aka the boss fight can be great and very intense if you choose a certain way, but can leave a little to be desired if you choose another way. For me, even the worst possible ending was good enough. NOTE: this is more of an interactive movie than a standard video game. Be prepared for a lot of watching and less doing. The beauty of this is that what you see is always entertaining, and changes drastically depending on what you choose. But don't ever think you can put down your controller and relax, because as soon as you do there will be an unexpected quick time event that may or may not have huge ramifications should you miss any buttons. Standard horror rules apply here: If you're a brave soul, play by yourself, at night with noise canceling headphones on, the lights off, and buckle up. If you're of the faint of heart, play with the lights on during daylight hours, preferably with company. Either way you will love it.… Expand

    Until Dawn is the best horror adventure game on PS4. Beautiful graphics, unique characters and amazing atmosphere. The story was a bit cliche but it was intriguing enough, because each character was written very well.

    The characters all had their roles and were different enough, although sometimes I lacked the hysteria given the situation everyone was in. Various crazy things happened and again and again you dealt with it fairly easily (but there were also downright screamers). Certainly there were characters that annoyed me a lot (Emily), but I still wanted to keep everyone alive.

    Basically I was satisfied with my decisions, unfortunately the LAST decision caused a triple kill, which I couldn't understand at all at the moment, because 3 people stood together and only one of them ran out, while the other two simply stop and die . Only Mike's death was the one I expected.

    What bothered me a little was that it was basically very predictable.

    In terms of dialogue, it was okay, but on the trashy level. But some scenes were really good.

    Graphics / performance

    The game ran smoothly on the Ps5 and honestly still looks very good. Very nice character models, the atmosphere generated around the mountain, the different impressions of the area, it all looked pretty cool. I was a bit amazed at how good the game still looks.

    The characters' facial expressions were usually very well done and Josh in particular had good "acting" moments.

    Gameplay

    Typical gameplay for this type of game. Do a lot of walking simulator and look for clues and make fateful decisions. I wouldn't play such interactive "films" all the time, but you can throw in such an offshoot every now and then. The Quicktime events were pretty forgiving, only very few hadn't managed to do it, but only those that you could simply do again.

    In retrospect, I absolutely could not say which decisions led to the triple kill, which is a shame, here I am missing a decent summary, such as e.g. after each level in Detroit: Become Human. I didn't really know what to do with these butterfly scenarios. Everyone lived with me until the last decision.

    The controls were a bit fiddly in some corners, the characters got stuck on an edge every now and then, it wasn't a big deal, but it bothered me a bit.

    Conclusion

    I had fun with the game, it wasn't really scary, but I had a few goose bumps and, funny enough, one or the other jumpscare even caught me (I'm relatively immune to it). With 8/10 trashy dialogues, the game is very well served and I'm rather astonished that the developers with the Dark Pictures Anthology: Men of Medan and Little Hope have declined so much in comparison (for me). Except for the missing co-op aspect, Until Dawn is clearly superior.    … Expand

    amazing game never watched a horror but this felt like a movie in a good way. Great plot twist, great jump scares for a game thats main point is not to just scare you but to actually tell a story, and a great story which is the best part

    Until Dawn é um dos exclusivos mais subestimados do PlayStation 4. A história te prende do começo ao fim, as escolhas realmente faz a diferença no final do jogo, os gráficos não são os melhores da geração, mas são competentes e há várias referências à filmes de terror, como Sexta Feira 13, Jogos Mortais, A Cabana etc. No que se propõe, o game é muito bom.

    I liked it a lot. Great characters, storyline. At least felt that fear to lose them. Better than most horror movies. Because you cannot close your eyes, otherwise they will die. I loved that feeling.

I didn't give a 10 as it was a bit bad built the situation with Matt. I wanted to keep the flare gun but didn't get the option. It was not clear at all that he'll shoot the flare like an idiot based on the discussion with Emily.

Decisions do matter although sometimes you decide for an action and a whole different action in mind then what will get executed eventually, also some QTEs are insanely fast.

    Overall the game was amazingly fun and I would definitely recommend it to people who like horror, thrillers combined with QTE adventuring. With the flaws mentioned I would give the game an 8.5 rounding up because of the outstanding game atmosphere.    … Expand

    Easily my favorite game to date. You get so invested into characters just for them to have a chance to be killed off. That’s is where most of the scares are from, scared of losing them because of a wrong choice. Not only is it fun to play but the story is so intriguing and different. I would recommend this to almost everyone!

    A barely interactive horror film about typical American teenagers. You know, with a cabin. In the woods. And a psychopath. We’ve all seen that, we’ve heard these dialogues, we all know these characters. Still Until Dawn has a pretty good story and is a nice homage to horror flicks and despite being a collection of simple QTE’s can both engage and surprise. [11/2015, p.44]

    It's tense, smart, and able to arouse the player's curiosity until the end. Some design choices are a bit controversial, and the acting is not always spot on, but it's definitely a great homage to horror movies.
