    One of the most, beautifully, immersing, action adventure stories ever told. This game has astounded me from both a technical aspect and from just sheer enjoyment of playing the game. From the moment I picked up my controller to the moment the credits started rolling, I was left in awe!

    This is the best game i ever played on the PS4, the last time i felt so sad about finishing a game was on the last of us. Naughty dog surprises me everytime, excelent game after excelent game, I could say that Uncharted 4 is the best game in graphic apart, being better than the order, the gameplay is fresh and remainder of the prequels, the story and characters are awesome, when you are inThis is the best game i ever played on the PS4, the last time i felt so sad about finishing a game was on the last of us.     Spot on game from all aspects! Graphics, dialog, gameplay are all above and beyond any PS4 game I've played. Naughty Dog really captured what the PS4 can do with Uncharted 4, the details are mind-blowing! Many times I just sat in front of my PS4 just looking at how beautiful the game was. I would highly recommend anyone who owns a PS4 to buy this game!

    Game of the Year 2016, the story, graphics and gameplay makes you feel like controlling the main character on a great movie. As the story develops, you get attached to the characters and you don't want it to end.

    SIC PARVIS MAGNA. This is the greatness that was born from Uncharted 1-3, this should be the Magnum Opus for action-adventure games that consist of the most coherent of stories. This game, felt like an actual adventure, everything was sparkling with realism. It is gritty, it makes believe. It's inspiring. Never have I felt so inclined to review a video game on a website. The antagonists felt as if they had a genuine purpose to prove their OWN worth, it wasn't about a mere lost city, it had INTRIGUE in the subplot that revolved around the Pirates whose treasure the Drake Brothers were seeking. This game, out of the 4, is how I will remember Nathan and Sam Drake, Victor Sullivan and Elena Fisher. The gameplay worked, for it wasn't solely about gameplay.… Expand

    Naughty Dog does it again! Incredible attention to detail, fun and addicting multiplayer, and incredible voice acting brings this masterpiece of a series to a satisfying conclusion.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. first off id like to say ignore any reviews that give this game a 0, im not saying it cant have bad scores but people saying its just too much like the older games or has a lackluster story (in their opinion) and then giving it a 0 or 1 is ridiculous. Even if you dont like a game, it does not deserve a 0, especially when you can tell the amount of effort that went into this game. ( there was one review that said naughty just gets praised for graphics and is taking away from lesser known studios who actually put work in to make a game and that one in particular irked me a bit)
    anyway, as for my opinion the game is great i mean uncharted has always been a game that was known for crazy set peice action and good characters, but in this game the focus is shifted towards the story a bit more and i think it pays off for fans. I loved the other games, but getting to see more of nates backstory and finding out he has a brother, it was great. It may not be as good for someone new to the series as it starts a bit slower, and is a little slower towards the end ( neither parts are too slow to where is lost interest though) and if you're new you've probably heard about how awesome the set pieces are so you may be dissapointed to see less of those and more focus on the story. However, i think the story is setup well for fans and newcomers, so the game is still great for both. No spoilers in this but i just want to touch on the ending, not the epilogue although it was great. The part where you have you're final encounter with Rafe (not a spoiler, i mean most games end with an encounter with the antagonist), i just wanted to give my thoughts as ive heard mixed feelings about it. I thought it was good, it was very cinematic and caps off rafes character as you see him have like outbursts of anger throughout the game, then he just goes like crazy, while still being like a cocky rich douche with the dialogue during it. The fact that it was kind of a QTE (although its not full on qte) didnt bother me either. I mean what did you want, just Nate running around shooting a bullet sponge? rafe is a normal guy, whose rich and being involved in fencing makes sense) so a sword fight i thought was great, no dumb stealth thing where you had to like flank him and if you went out of stealth you like died instantly.     with the lack of a main character dying, with the title being "a thief's end". I was fine with it though as even though it was a bit more story focused, its still uncharted where all this crazy **** happens, and tons of things go wrong, but theres a happy ending. So all in all i thought this was a great addition to the franchise and ends it nicely (that epilogue though, hit me right in the feels)
    again ignore those people who give it a 0, i mean even if people dont believe its a 10 (and i could see why as there are flaws, i.e box pushing, they just werent enough to deter me from giving it a 10) its not a 0 game by any stretch of the imagination, i mean at its worst id say i could see someone giving it a 7 but any lower than that id say there just ****ting on a game was hyped up, regardless of the fact that for most people it delivered. Who knows maybe they saw a comment that said it was better than dark souls 3 or halo 5 and they got butthurt and gave it a 0 (if you think those are better thats fine, just again that doesnt mean that if this gets more praise, it deserves to be shat on by fanboys of other games)    … Expand

    I was hesitant to give Uncharted 4 a perfect score. Like the other games in the series, it featured some of the natural faults of parkour controls (here's looking at you, Assassin's Creed) like Nathan not jumping to the handhold you want as well as the annoying typical Uncharted difficulty spike during the final chapters. The story was also somewhat predictable, even in a couple of itsI was hesitant to give Uncharted 4 a perfect score. Like the other games in the series, it featured some of the natural faults of parkour controls (here's looking at you, Assassin's Creed) like Nathan not jumping to the handhold you want as well as the annoying typical Uncharted difficulty spike during the final chapters. The story was also somewhat predictable, even in a couple of its twists. However, the sheer excellence this game boasts in every other area is what earns that 10. The story, while predictable at times, is as fun as ever, and the introduction of Nathan's brother Sam is a fun change-up on the Nate/Sully pair. The performances and mo-cap work are as flawless as ever, and the actor's excellent performances really allow us to buy into the story. This also serves as a beautiful end to Nate's saga, with a truly unique epilogue. This is the closest a game has ever come to being full-blown cinema (at least in the games I've played). This is helped along by the absolutely stunning graphics. In 15 years of gaming, I don't think I ever let my mouth drop at visuals...until the opening sequences of Uncharted 4. Seriously, this is one of the most gorgeous and stunning games *ever*. The gameplay is tight and fun. Both stealth and brute force work equally well, but best in tandem. The set pieces are crazy as always, and the final boss battle was probably one of my favorites I've ever played. Last but not least, I've also really enjoyed diving into the multiplayer. Eschewing the traditional leveling system works well in this case, and the cosmetic bonuses are fun ways to utilize progression. All in all, Uncharted 4 is one of my favorite gaming experiences I've ever had. I would recommend ti (and the rest of the series for that matter) to anyone--not just gamers.… Expand

    Naughty Dog has done it again with Uncharted 4. This is easily one of the best games ever made, up there with The Last of Us and the rest of the Uncharted series. This game is perfect in nearly every way, from the story to the gameplay. The multiplayer is also very fun and enjoyable, and I will definitely be playing it for a long time.     This game is so far the best game of 2016 and one of the best games on PS4. I haven't played any of the other Uncharted games but I really enjoyed this one. First off, the graphics are amazing.     This game is so far the best game of 2016 and one of the best games on PS4. I haven't played any of the other Uncharted games but I really enjoyed this one. First off, the graphics are amazing. This by far the best looking game on the PS4. The gameplay is great and has a little bit of everything, there is a balanced amount of action and shooting, stealth, puzzles, and parkour. I have to admit some parts are slightly more boring than others. The beginning of the game is a bit slow but then it picks up the pace and the action starts happening. The gunfights are good, and there is a decent amount of guns to use. Some weapons are much better than others though, which isn't really much of a bad thing. The hand-to-hand combat isn't the best and is kinda dull but its not to often. The stealth is simple yet fun. The puzzles are either really hard or really easy but there pretty cool. I have to admit the parkour/climbing isn't all that great and is kinda boring ant too often. But I love the swinging. Its super fun swinging around and killing guys like rambo/spiderman/tarzan/indianajones. The story is great and makes you care about the characters. My only problem is that Sam doesn't appear in any of the other games and you can tell they had to find a way to fit him into the story. But you'd think that since Sam was such an important part in Nathan's life he would have at least been mentioned in other games. Oh well, still a great story. Another thing that bugged me (like I mentioned before) was the boring parkour parts especially towards the end of the game I started getting really bored with the parkour. The multiplayer is pretty fun, but I wouldn't get this game just for the multiplayer. If anybody gives this game a bad review they should be whipped with a giant wet noodle. Definitely worth $60 Thats it. The game may not be perfect but I'm still gonna give it a 10/10 cuz its so good.    … Expand

    Never been so emotional about a game as this one. It literally made me cry at the end! The story is so so good, the music takes you on an emotional trip, the gameplay is so smooth! I will remember this as the best game i've ver played! I'm so sad right now to know the story of Drake, Elena and Sully is over, but this masterpiece just ended so beautiful. Naughty Dog, if you ever read this,Never been so emotional about a game as this one. It literally made me cry at the end! The story is so so good, the music takes you on an emotional trip, the gameplay is so smooth! I will remember this as the best game i've ver played! I'm so sad right now to know the story of Drake, Elena and Sully is over, but this masterpiece just ended so beautiful.     This game lives up to the hype. Naughty Dog does it again. It's so far the best Uncharted game that I've ever played. It's a more in depth story telling. The gameplay is really slick and smooth. The graphics look beautiful, probably the best looking game ever. Once I'm done with the single player, the multiplayer doesn't disappoint at all.     If there was a template of what makes a perfect game, then this is it. Uncharted 4: A Thief's End has the epic action scenes we have come to love, brilliant storytelling, lovable characters, great writing and above all else, it is one of the best games I have ever played.

    Without spoiling the story and just talking about gameplay, the areas and locations feel more open, almost like a    If there was a template of what makes a perfect game, then this is it. Uncharted 4: A Thief's End has the epic action scenes we have come to love, brilliant storytelling, lovable characters, great writing and above all else, it is one of the best games I have ever played.

    Without spoiling the story and just talking about gameplay, the areas and locations feel more open, almost like a playground to use stealth or to go in guns-blazing; whichever option you choose, it feels 'right', like the game has meant for your exact scenario to pan out exactly how it has - even if you do choose stealth and then get caught, there is an abundance of climable surfaces, bushes to hide in and some conviniantly placed cover to soak the bullets while you're at it. Stealth certainly is more of an option than it was in the other entries, I found myself trying to use stealth for most enemies I encountered, but when I was spotted the gunplay also holds up very well. It's this freedom and choice to look at a scenario and think 'should I climb up there, hide in those bushes or swing from that rope to land on him?' that make this game stand out from the previous three.

    The fourth installment genuinely feels like Uncharted 4, not a half-baked Uncharted 3.5, it adds the ability to mark enemies, slide down rocky surfaces, hide in bushes, swing from ropes, drive cars and boats in highspeed chases (that look so good you'll think they're cutscenes) and this is all added to the absolutely brilliant template which was Uncharted 3 - oh, and it also has a good multiplayer to add to the already lengthy story.

    The multiplayer is fast paced and unrealistic fun. There are three game modes overall and they all feel unique. I wouldn't personally say this is the specific selling point of the game, however it does give you a reason to keep returning to Uncharted 4, once you have finished the main game. Uncharted 4: A Thief's End is a game I'll never forget, in one of Playstation's and potentially gaming's most iconic tales.    … Expand

    Uncharted 4 is an absolute masterpiece. Sure, as with all games, it has some minor flaws. For instance, dialogue trees are never used to their full extent, and the linear design of climbing can sometimes feel repetitive, just another step to get to the next cut-scene. But, that's the charm of Uncharted. You, the gamer, are playing a movie. Uncharted 4 continues this tradition and moreUncharted 4 is an absolute masterpiece.     Awesome game. Uncharted should have a game every year. Top gameplay and storyline. So sad that might be the last one of it. Added new aspects (the car, slides and the pick in a very natural way).

    The story and emotions that were brought along with this game was incredible, naughty dog keeps on going and its bloody amazing. Dialogue scenes created so much depth, the acting and emotions behind the mo cap line put me down, gunplay doesn't take you away from the journey and gameplay is incredible, such a step ahead, not so much linear anymore, driving around madagascar in a car wasThe story and emotions that were brought along with this game was incredible, naughty dog keeps on going and its bloody amazing. Dialogue scenes created so much depth, the acting and emotions behind the mo cap line put me down, gunplay doesn't take you away from the journey and gameplay is incredible, such a step ahead, not so much linear anymore, driving around madagascar in a car was very fun taking any turn you wanted to make and not having to follow the one same route. The visuals behind the game are the best I've ever seen in a game. When you're done there is still plenty of fun to be had in the multiplayer mode. Very excited for the DLC… Expand

    Uncharted 4 is about 15 hours long, the bad thing about most adventure games is that they don't deliver on any cool or memorable moments through out the game, but Uncharted 4 is a system seller. It's easily the best one in the series, and it nails the ending so good.

    The best part of Uncharted series. Absolutely freaking amazing adventure game. This masterpiece combines of perfect gameplay with damn right balance of shooting, climbing/exploring and puzzles. Also, "A Thief's End" have an amazing storyline which make you cry in the end. It's the best-looking game for now, by the way. So, buy this game immediatly (if you were not doing this) and enjoy!

However, should dare more in the plot , but this would not be necessary to use sex scenes . The game is fluid , smooth multiplayer .     A true masterpiece of a game.

    Supreme graphics, heart beating Story telling, cool action game play, this game has all of it.

    This was my first game of the Uncharted series I've played, and even the 1st game I;ve played made by NaughtyDog.
    Now I'm gonna play all of the other NaughtyDog games, because I just realized I've missed something, if not a lot!

    Gameplay is fast fluid and much much improved form the previous uncharted games

    Uncharted 4 is a beautiful game to look at, it as a great story and great writing. This story is a great way to end the Uncharted series. It's multiplayer modes are wonderful. Once again Naughty Dog has created a masterpiece.

    In my life I have always liked and played action-adventure games and I have enjoyed them so much but this is a whole new experience.     I thoroughly enjoyed the last of the Uncharted series, the characters dialogue was my favorite by far of the series. The pairing on Nolan North and Troy Baker was perfect they play off each other so well that you feel as though they are truly brothers. I would also say that Warren Cole who played the villain did an outstanding job. People say that sometimes the chapters drag on to longI thoroughly enjoyed the last of the Uncharted series, the characters dialogue was my favorite by far of the series.     The best game I have ever played. Beautiful, Action Packed, Intriguing and Interesting. I actually cared about the story of Nate, Sam, Sully and Elena. It was amazing! Plus, it is the best looking game of all time. BUY IT!!!!

I give this game a 10/10 because the graphics are insane and are hands down the best on PS4.(I don't think anyone can argue with me there) The story line is rich and it is full of surprises.     The problem with this game, though, is that Naughty Dog had to climb an uphill battle in order to make it. Nathan's story was finished before Uncharted 4. So creating a story out of an already closed ending was going to be tough feat from the start. And Naughty Dog knew this. That's why they spent so much time trying to create the structure of the story and script. You can easily tell the work they put in the writing. The writing and voice acting is truly fantastic, but I'm disappointed that they chose to use their talents in order to make a game that will have a capped story. The starting formula of the game was too bad for these developers.

    Remember when The Last of Us came out? The bareness of it? The intensity? The story? The message? One of the reasons The Last of Us was able to be a great game was because it started from scratch. The developers had the freedom to create a new story with new characters and a fresh start. Uncharted 4 could never have been just as great because the story and plot had to be restricted due to the previous games. The ending of Uncharted 3 showed Nate getting out of the treasure hunting life. Adding Sam, Nate's brother, into the equation was the only way for Nate to get back into the game. It was inevitably forced. That being said, though, the development of Sam through out the game was beautiful. You like him, then you hate him, then you understand him, and then you see the love between him and Nate. I guess I just wished that Naughty Dog would've made a whole new franchise with new characters and a new format. I give it a 9.8 just because I know Naughty Dog can do better.

    Still one of the best games I've ever played, and easily game of the year. If you haven't bought it yet, you are missing out.     This was my first uncharted game, unfortunately. After playing this masterpiece, I will definitely go back and play previous installments. The touching storyline, breathtaking graphics, and unbelievably fun gameplay add up to an unforgettable singleplayer experience. Multiplayer is also very fun, but not the main focus.

    An amazing experience ! This is how I would summarize playing and completing this game. Graphically speaking it is on another level compared to most games out in PS4. It is full of memorable interactions, diverse things to do and achieve and great sceneries to look at. Buy it and invest the time to it. It is worth it.

After you are finished with it's breathtaking campaign, you can dive into the fun online multiplayer that is just as fun and engaging. Some tiny flaws I found were server crashes at launch, but it seems they have cleaned that all up.Naughty Dog really hit it out of the park and crashing through a car window on this one. The graphics are top notch, but I did run into frame issues a couple of times when I was playing. It took me well over 11 hours to complete the Single Player, I thought it was longer for sure, maybe the timer didn'tWow.     There has to be some imperfections somewhere but for me they were unnoticeable and insignificant. I thoroughly enjoyed playing this game, start to finish. Every second was fun, intense and beautiful. The graphics, the characters, the plot/plot twist and the cutscenes were my favourite part of the game.

    I first beat U4 on Crushing difficulty, which is the hardest possible difficulty. And one thing I wish I was told before going down this path is to not do the first play-through on Crushing. It is not as rewarding to beat the game on the hardest possible difficulty on the first try as it is in other games. The reason for that is because there is one key elements that is removed in CrushingI first beat U4 on Crushing difficulty, which is the hardest possible difficulty. And one thing I wish I was told before going down this path is to not do the first play-through on Crushing. The reason for that is because there is one key elements that is removed in Crushing that is available otherwise. That feature is the stealth mode. In Crushing, stealth mode is almost useless many of the times. U4 makes stealth a bigger part of the core gameplay in comparison to previous tittles. You are still able to stealth through certain levels and be able to maybe kill a few guards before essentially being forced to go commando, but the ability for guards to notice you in Crushing is significantly easier and there is no detection meter nor marking capabilities. If you really care to stealth 100% of the time then you may, but it will take a lot of practice without the two features mentioned prior. Not only is it excrutiating to stealth on Crushing, but there is no real reward for doing so. The game does not even encourage stealth gameplay like others do. For example, you will never find a silenced weapon and there is no penalty for going guns blazing shortly after the encounter started Please heed my advice and enjoy the game on another difficulty before Crushing on your first play-through. The game is absolutely beautiful and the story is amazing. I just wished I didn't play it on Crushing the first time so I could enjoy the game more.… Expand

    I have yet to play this games but confident we have another masterpiece here. The franchise is my all time favourite. Now as so many user reviews have given it 0/10 without playing the game as they are xbone fans only, i feel i can also score this game without playing it which I give a 10.

    Another masterpiece from Naughty Dog. The story and the progression is right on, although some say it progresses slowly, I disagree as you travel different parts of the globe, it gives you right amount of exploration as well as action. There is a stealth possibility for some of the levels if you like, so run and gun haters will be happy to approach the game from a different perspective. IAnother masterpiece from Naughty Dog. There are lots of moments you will say to yourself "wow", some of them will be action packed, some of them will be emotional, a great ending for a great character in Playstation's history. And I don't even know where to begin with the graphics, the game looks life-like; boosting the best looking graphics of any game I've ever seen. Uncharted 4: A Thief's End offers more than just a game does, and it offers more than a movie does; it offers an experience. It is an experience that far surpasses films and other forms of story telling, which is why I am so passionate about the video game medium. It is a medium that allows you to fully immerse yourself in a story and world. Uncharted 4: A Thief's End does this masterfully.     A masterpiece of a game. It ticks all of the boxes. The story is brilliant, the relationship between him and his brother is great, the gameplay is awesome combines gun, melee, sneek combat, puzzles exploration brilliantly. For me the pacing was perfect, not too hectick but not too slow. This game is a fitting conclusion to the Nathan drake series. It's just a shame it has to end, theA masterpiece of a game.     This is a fabulous game , just what you would expect from a dev like Naughty Dog,don't be fooled by the median score which has been lowered by trolls leaving a 0/10 score,try it for yourself and see!!

    Excellent graphics and solid storyline!!

    Naughty Dog keeps its 10 streak running with Uncharted 4. This game is another Uncharted game, however, from the get go you can tell that The Last of Us has influenced it A LOT. The story is a much bigger part of the game than the last 3. But don't get confused, the game highly benefits from this. Giving us the final adventure with Nathan Drake, that has twist and turns and some greatNaughty Dog keeps its 10 streak running with Uncharted 4. This game is another Uncharted game, however, from the get go you can tell that The Last of Us has influenced it A LOT. The story is a much bigger part of the game than the last 3.     Uncharted- easy to play, but absolutely not easy to win. Creative play-style, a lot of breath-taking scenes from the game, well connected from uncharted 1 to uncharted 4. An absolutely must have for die-hard parkour and adventurous gamers.

    I have played all of the Uncharted games, and this is my favorite! the second Uncharted game was awesome but I think there was big improvements on stealth missions! I already almost finished with the game!

    I swear to god, i am not overreacting but this is probably the best story/action game i've ever played, and i've play a LOT of them ( M.E trilogy; heavy rain; indigos prophecy; journey;the last of us; and many others ), but the pace on this game, visual art style, effects, and mechanics are all perfect, it's hard to believe

    This was the uncharted i was waiting for, well the story it good not the best and it kinda takes a long time to get into the action, but the game does something right for me it keep amaze you so you keep playing to see what happens next.

    The graphics are some of the best ever seen and i am a pc guy even on pc we don't get graphic that good (I wish we did) and the multiplayer is fun and    This was the uncharted i was waiting for, well the story it good not the best and it kinda takes a long time to get into the action, but the game does something right for me it keep amaze you so you keep playing to see what happens next.

    The graphics are some of the best ever seen and i am a pc guy even on pc we don't get graphic that good (I wish we did) and the multiplayer is fun and in a stabil 60fps lock

    This is one of the best game of 2016 with no doubt..Graphic..music..voice acting..story..multiplayer is so addictive and with great challenge that you will never get bored..this game just got into another level in game industry which all other companies should look and learn from it

I am a casual gamer, like to play some just to chill when not at work. This game made me hardcore.     Masterpiece! The best part from Uncharted. I love landscape in "A Thief's End", this game is beautiful. Many times I just stop and I admired world around me. For me this is GOTY 2016. The best Exclusive on PS4 ever made.

    Stating that the forthcoming game will be the last rendezvous with a popular, charismatic hero is a rare phenomenon. I congratulate Naughty Dog on their courage and in spite of myself keep my fingers crossed for them to stick to their decision. The farewell party they threw for Nate is simply spectacular. This is how I want to remember him, not as an old man who rubbed his joints with pain cream and then found a UFO. Uncharted 4 is a brilliant game and a breathtaking demonstration of what PS4 is capable of. [07/2016, p.56]
