    it feels more like a cinematic action blockbuster movie than a game but i love it, i don’t really know if i would replay it again due to lack of replayability but i would surely recommend it to ps4/ps5 owners

    impressive graphics still holds up till this day, gameplay improved from the previous games and so did the Ai and now you can fully stealth certain sections in the game

    not a big fan of heavy cutscene driven games but this game i’m fine with because it has an engaging story and it had me hooked from the beginning to the end

    Incredible action-adventure movie game. Naughty Dog did a great job at this! Its story is pretty cool, the action is really intense, the graphics look STUNNING! Which makes the environments look breathtaking. And ofc, i can’t forget those likable characters. The legendary Nate and the gang. There’s just one downside tho, their movement speed are quite slow. But maybe its just me. Overall,Incredible action-adventure movie game. Naughty Dog did a great job at this! Its story is pretty cool, the action is really intense, the graphics look STUNNING!     Still one of the best exclusives on the ps4, it’s for sure in the top 3 best ps4 exclusive and it’s definitely worth it to experience this.

    a much more mature version of Uncharted which i like and it tells an emotional story i can tell this game was heavily influenced by last of us because of its story and because of the amounts of crates in the game that is similar to the dumpsters in last of us

    really good but just wish that the game had a silent pistol and i know that the game after it lost legacy has a silent pistol just wished that this one had it so you could change up the gameplay so it wouldn’t feel repetitive but overall great game and awesome story

    it’s a very slow paced game that you may not even realize that you’re playing Uncharted because coming from 1-3 it’s all fast paced and endlessy shooting guys but this game takes a different approach to building up characters and tells an incredible story that the previous games couldn’t really do which is why i love this game

    Uncharted is one of my all time favorite series and this game is my favorite Uncharted, it has so much heart put into it and so much emotion as well that you couldn’t get from the past games

    impressive how a 4 year old game can look so photo realistic, the game plays at 30 fps but it runs very smooth just wish the developers could give it the 60 fps patch for the ps5 and i’d gladly replay it again

    it’s an excellent game but their’s no reason to replay it unless you want to experience the story again or if you want to platinum it, but their is a mp mode which is great

    I will recommend this game to all ps4 owners, this is my first Uncharted game and it’s amazing and it makes me want to play all of the other Uncharted games

    gameplay has improved quite alot from the previous games and it’s more fun because of that, even though 4 doesn’t have alot of action packed spectacles it is still the best Uncharted game because of its incredible story, gameplay, character depth and a great villain with an epic ending to nathan’s story

    Brilliantly written and designed game loved every moment of it, my favorite moment from the game being the elevator driving scene with nate and elena and hearing the emotional music in the background was very touching

    What more could naughty dog do? Well they up the scale to a point where uncharted 4 is without any doubt the best game on ps4 along with horizon zero dawn.     Best game franchise ever. This game franchise was my childhood. Mix of adventure, shootings, fights, jumps... Brilliant cut-scenes, figures, epic storyline, just in one word best.

Obviously the graphics are good, but what else would you expect when naughty dog get budgets beyond comprehension. It's a shallow game with good graphics, voice acting, story. But that is it.     The reason uncharted 1 was so successful is because we hadn't had a game like it since the earlier tomb raider games, which trump uncharted massively just by the by. The series continued, turning into just a set piece machine. Huge budget, small gameplay. It's sad, because this could have been something special. It has the graphics and story, like we said earlier. It also has the characters and acting. But it's missing the most important thing that makes games great. BEING AN ACTUAL GAME. THAT YOU CONTROL. NOT A GAME THAT IS ON RAILS, HAS 3 BUTTONS YOU USE TO SLIGHLY INTERACT.

    It's honestly pathetic to me that this game gets so many good reviews compared to games like Quantum Break or Control. Absolutely zero effort went into uncharted 4 to make it interesting to play. The proof is in the pudding. Play this game 3 times, and each time you will have EXACTTTTTTTLY the same experience. And i mean exactly.

    Graphics aren't everything. Picking up toys in a loft and inspecting them is not gameplay. On rails shooter is not gameplay. Pressing the same button repeatedly to climb, where there is no chance of failure because the game plays itself for you, is not gameplay. Climbing is also on rails. Pathetic. There are literally no ways to die in this game if you play on medium or below. Climbing is impossible to fail and is the most boring thing in this game. Which in itself tells a story, considering how much this game MAKES YOU CLIMB. climb climb climb climb. Not a game. It plays itself like i said earlier. The story is fun for the first few hours, before the monotony kicks in like a nasty pill.

    Judging by this game and the last of us 2, it becomes more and more apparent how incompetent of a studio naughty dog is. They should move to making movies, fire their script writers, and PLEASE stop making games. Or atleast, go back to making crash bandicoot or something. Actual games. Not this on rails press button to win garbage. Makes me so frustrated because this could be something special with the budget these idiots get for every game they poop out. Washed up hacks, LOU2 is proof that these guys need to just stop.

    Another sad thing to note is how much the sony fan girls eat this stuff up. Praising it as if it were the second coming. I bought my PS4 because i was told the exclusive games can be amazing. This turned out to be true, mostly. Spiderman, Horizon, God of War, these are the games people with half a brain cell want. Brain dead zombies that want a visual novel to play are the ones buying into naughty dogs trash. Makes me so sad. Oh well.

    I held back playing this game so i could finish playing the previous games, and this is the best one, the gameplay is way better in this one and same with the story and they even have semi open world which the other games never had they always kept you on rails, a must buy

    This is a great game if you don’t mind every cliche known to man. Fun game play , good story , interesting levels but just funny that you seriously take on an army of soldiers, killing hundreds, get captured , and escape in every game.

Гейплей калище, мало того что стрельба отвратительна, так и половина гейплея это лазанье по стенам. Головоломки легкие, проходятся за 5-10 минут. Открытый мир уже получше.     Perfect marriage of story telling and action adventure.

    Good - Uncharted have the most impressive and dramatic opening sequences in any game. Story-wise and cinematic wise. Uncharted 4 is no different. The game totally had me fooled that Drake had to take refuge on an island because he was being chased down. Then about 2 be taken out back to get executed and had to find a way to    Perfect marriage of story telling and action adventure.

    Good

    - Uncharted have the most impressive and dramatic opening sequences in any game. Story-wise and cinematic wise. Uncharted 4 is no different. The game totally had me fooled that Drake had to take refuge on an island because he was being chased down. Then about 2 be taken out back to get executed and had to find a way to escape. Now that's what I thought, but in actuality it turns out he wants to be in this prison and it was actually working with the head guard to access a place with treasure. After this, I already know I'm in for a good ride.

    - Nathan Drake talking to himself while climbing, exploring, solving puzzles, and examining items it's pretty interesting, comedic, and build on his character and thoughts. I've lived alone for a long time, and I talk to myself quite often. Speaking my mind more like, as not to sound crazy this is actually a common thing for people who live alone for an extended period of time. I relate to Nathan Drake as a character in this way.

    - the addition of the grappling hook is a good addition for uncharted, despite it's haven't been done in many other platformers like this. It's not original but it fits and it's well done.

    - I love how with each uncharted title, the devs keep everything that's good, and build on it. They remove everything that's wrong. In this way, the next uncharted has always been better than the last, at least from a technical standpoint.

    - I like how the game makes you tap x to carry something underwater while swimming. This takes a bit more energy for you as the player, which reflects more closely with Drake carrying the box while swimming. As opposed to simply just holding x, which takes no effort whatsoever on the players part, making it not feel realistic.

    - at the beginning, when Drake was back in his home after the salvage, he had a bunch of old items that were found from previous games among his storage. Despite having beaten uncharted a very long time ago, looking at these items now brings back so much memories. Each game felt like a huge adventure. It goes to show how immersive each uncharted title truly was, at least for me. The story and the characters have stuck with me.

    - knowing the relationship between Drake and his girlfriend and all the crap that they've been through, it's endearing to see. They got married and are living a happy life. And the crash Bandicoot section was absolutely hilarious.

    - when it comes to cinematic heavy games, uncharted is among the best if not the best. But what makes uncharted so special is that it manages to balance gameplay and cinematics. A game like Beyond two souls is a really good cinematic experience, but when it comes to the gameplay portion, it really falls short. Without the few QuickTime inputs, it would just be a straight-up movie. Uncharted 4 though balances it's perfectly. More impressive yet is that there's fighting, shooting, parkouring, swinging, and puzzle-solving. So many gameplay elements, but yet they can make it such a cinematic experience. That is what sets uncharted 4 apart from any other game in its genre.

    - climbing plus stealth is really fun. Reminecent of assassin's Creed.

    - using the rope as a clutch last second save during the parkouring feels satisfying to land.

    - the random banter between Nate as his brother is funny. And it's interesting to learn about the lore and the two of them figuring out the history behind the pirates

    - off road jeep driving was fun. Crazy off the cliff sequence

    - uncharted is the king of epic cinematic sequences. The clock tower portion put me at the edge of my seat when Drake was falling down from the tower.

    - there's always some underlying issue, like Nathan's wife finding out about his lie, his brother hiding something potentially, etc. This keeps my interest in the game outside the main story.

    - interesting to watch Nathan struggle when he's fatigue state like when he was attacked on the island. It makes him feel human.

    - using the piton adds diversity to the climbing. Making it less repetitive.

    - final boss fight was fun. Reaction time based sword fight.

    - ending with Nathan's daughter was cute. And a nice peek into the future. Good to see Nathan and the gang doing well. Seeing the family of 3 so tight nit and happy makes me wish I had a family like that.

    i love open world/wide linear element to this game you have more freedom on where you want to go which the previous games never had that opportunity, maybe the next Uncharted game could be fully open world

    Had a lot of fun playing this game, it took me about 17 hrs to complete mainly because i kept getting lost, i enjoyed the story and loved the ending hoping for a new uncharted game in the future

    Loved this game from start to finish, the graphics are amazing it has an engaging story, good combat, and the guns feels and sounds nice, and i love the new addition to the grappling hook.

    Amazing game. I was always mesmerised by the stunning views. The sound and video effects are second to none. The story tops it all up and creates an all rounded superb masterpiece. What a great job they did!

So many little things (i.e. your running pace auto slows / speeds up depending on the environment) make the game very enjoyable to play. AI isn’t great as you can often hide until you regenerate health and then continue fighting. Story is good and I did really enjoy the epilogue. Looking forward to seeing if they take this in the direction it seems they may.… Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. it’s a slower paced Uncharted game that tells an incredible story, the games theme heavily hints on greed and obsession, the gameplay isn’t revolutionary but it’s a step up from the previous games, now you have a grappling hook which is used for traversal and can even be used in combat, you also now have tall grass which you can hide in to do stealth takedowns, but their isn’t any silent weapons in the game, i recommended this game to ps owners it was an incredible journey with Nate, Sam, Sully, and Elena.… Expand

    wish the game could run in 60 fps but nonetheless it’s an incredible game, it’s fun and exciting, with some charm here and there it’s definitely one of the best ps4 exclusives

This one starts off pretty slow and I didn’t find myself really getting into it until about chapter 5. However, once I got into it, I REALLY got into it.     I don’t know why it took me so long to play this game especially since i played the first 3 Uncharted on the ps3, this game is amazing and i’m glad i got to experience it, I hope ND makes another Uncharted game in the future

    Nate as a character, is not a good person, he's shallow and bland(has the same jokes and mannerisms as teenagers in Hollywood movies) and he's not charismatic at all, like they try to build him up to be. Always having the last word, makes idiot jokes while he kills hundreds of people

Cool Game.But ive completed this game at Hard Difficulty and i need to say that theres few stupid levels at chapter 18 and in chapter 19,the last boosfight *spoiler alert* with Rafe is also pathetic with broken timings,and also i need to say that theres no reason to play stealthy because you dont have trap mines or gun with suppresor (like in TLOU 2 OR 1) .But also it is a pretty good game.… Expand

On the downside, it does stretch too long as a story and I can't help but feel like the large maps could be more exploratory, with more things to find and to do.     As someone who likes action/adventure games, this is arguably one of the best ps4 games out there, the graphics, outstanding. Every little detail is crafted perfectly. I rarely encountered bugs and glitches. Story-wise, it's pretty good, the characters have that sense of emotion and is oozing with soul and personality. The villain, is alright but nothing spectacular. The sound effects areAs someone who likes action/adventure games, this is arguably one of the best ps4 games out there, the graphics, outstanding. They ignored 3 games worth of getting to know Nathan and his life, just so they could try and wring some emotional reactions out of Nathan's relationship with his never before mentioned brother.

    There are some nice improvements on the mechanics, but nothing really groundbreaking.
    Still, this is an adventure like you'd expect from Uncharted and it is a lot of fun when it just focuses on that and less on the family therapy.    … Expand

    Is it a good game? Yes. However I don't get the hype saying it is a master piece or deserved the best PS4 game of 2016. The game is mostly linear with limited choices. It's basically a great interactive movie.

    Stating that the forthcoming game will be the last rendezvous with a popular, charismatic hero is a rare phenomenon. I congratulate Naughty Dog on their courage and in spite of myself keep my fingers crossed for them to stick to their decision. The farewell party they threw for Nate is simply spectacular. This is how I want to remember him, not as an old man who rubbed his joints with pain cream and then found a UFO. Uncharted 4 is a brilliant game and a breathtaking demonstration of what PS4 is capable of. [07/2016, p.56]
