Sep 29, 2015It's like the first Tony Hawk game. You can't get off your board, no story, and no multiple grind / manual combos.. I'm a little disappointed i guess i was expecting it to be like the underground games which are way more fun than this. It's still fun i guess. Really they took two steps forward and one step back on this. I'd honestly rather play a remake of the underground games.

Sep 29, 2015Graphics don't look that bad, and every game has it's glitches. This game was made for old-school fans! all these salty haters on YouTube and on here with bad reviews are just SKATE fanboys. Hater's gonna hate. I've seen game play and played it, it's not bad.

Sep 29, 2015The graphics are out of PS2 and the game controls worse than the originals. Create a park mode is poor and the option for downloading from the community is unavailable. I will be asking for my money back. EA needs to bring back Skate!!!

CD-ActionDec 16, 2015I had an impression that the developers intentionally butchered Tony Hawk’s classic formula in every way imaginable. For the last couple of years Activision has been trying hard to finish this series off and it seems it finally succeeded. [12/2015, p.58]

Playstation Official Magazine AustraliaDec 15, 2015This Hawk has had its wings clipped to the point where it resembles an ugly-looking, flightless dodo that deserves its own extinction. [Christmas 2015, p74]

Nov 18, 2015Most egregiously, this game costs $60. That’s about $50 too much. A better choice? Go crank Goldfinger’s “Superman,” fire up your old PlayStation or Dreamcast, dig up a copy of the original game, and relive the glory days the right way.
