    I like the game I mean it's well designed and has thought put into it but sadly the ping ruins the entire game you have to be in Montreal to have a good time with this game and i fear that it won't get any better any time soon

    TOXIC - Huge problem with this game is the toxic community that thinks no one should play it but them. The system of the vote to kick and team kill ruins the experience for everyone. Shame that people aren't allowed to play a game they spend $60 because the team you don't even know either vote you out or kills you.

    As one of the most promising games I have played, when it was released I enjoyed it quite a lot. However, the operators are being recycled, the fact that the maps are inconsistent - range from great (villa) to absolute dog **** (theme park) and the toxic community who teamkill every round make this a 4 for me.     Used to love this game, was very good for like 3 years, now its very cheap and has lots of hackers, everything is changed in a stupid way, change is good but in the past one and half year the game is no longer serving the same tactical aspect as it used to be, it just one big mess like the entirety of Ubisoft

    This game is in such a weird spot for me for several reasons. On one hand, it has/had the best online combat that required the most tactical thought of any game I've played. On the other hand, if you play the game on anything other than ranked/unranked (level 30 and 10 minimum), the game essentially becomes a team back stabbing simulator to see who or how your team will kill you. You spend 2/3 matches getting shot in the back by your teammates or blown up before you can move because there is virtually no serious repercussions for betraying your team and throwing a match. The reason I get so bitter about it is because I dump $30 into the game and then I'm immediately reminded (repeatedly) why I stop playing every two years. I've played this game over the course of five years and they have barely done anything about team kills. Used to be you had to kill two team mates before they'd kick you and make you wait just 15 minutes (which is oddly generous.) Now, you kill someone and it activates reflective damage if that person marks it as intentional. That would almost solve it except their team mates are typically exempt so if they still want you dead, they can kill you until the squad has reflective damage. The magic is, there's no repercussions for repeat offenders either. In one day of playing, you could wait for the various cooldowns and get away with 20-30 team mate kills if you were bored. It's absolutely **** that the penalties for leaving a game early is worse than shooting your own team.

    I originally bought this in Feb 2016 when the gold edition was down to $30 because they thought it was a failure (which serves them right for the deception they pulled at E3 2015.) What's ironic is that now I think the game is in a worse position than it was at that time. Aside from the constant shots to the back, children playing like it's COD, and your own team mates actively working against you, there's also the monetization that's become a problem. You pay $20-40 for a game that then makes you spend 2-3 weeks unlocking even just the basic content which is the operators. Then, if you want skins for your guns or uniforms, you either have to pay hard cash, gamble (with strong odds for duplicates), or wait several weeks/months to get it. Obviously the goal is that you pay to run into a pay wall that is either overcome by playing the game even more for a really long time, or paying even more. Proof is that the "epic" uniforms cost an equivalent of about $8-10 and the legendary are about $15 for what amounts to 2-3 items if that. This game would be as bad as Fortnite and Epic, except that at least those are free and you don't have people shooting you in the back randomly because they think it's hilarious.

    The good news is, I have several throwaway PSN accounts and I'm totally going to be blowing myself and as many teams as I can up so maybe they'll finally do something about it. **** you Ubisoft. I won't be buying anything from you people anymore and you're going to have a lot more pissed off players very soon. If for some reason I do end up with any more of your trash, I'll be sure to make the other online experiences just as unpleasant for everyone as I can manage. I have literally all day and night every day. It won't take long before literally hundreds of players are done with your half baked ****    … Expand

    This game is full of bugs, glitches, cheaters, ddosers, very bad servers and hitboxes.
    The only reason Im still playing it is because it's one of a kind. I hope they make a better game of the same style so that I can dump this trash in the toilet.

    I have a love relationship with this game even though i love its core gameplay the balencing is often broken and hit reg and glitches are comon, hackers have been a recent big problem and balancing maps and operators usaly takes way too long if i where you i would rather put your time in competive shooters that are functioning to be fair

    Pretty good game ruined by the toxic community and the devs. The game has so many issues all the time, and issues that comes back with updates. The devs clearly only caters to the pro, which doesn't make for a good experience for the average player. So this was a yes for me, but nowadays, it's a huge fat no.
    The closer you live to the server, the better your K.D is gonna be. and that's a fact!

    I regret a lot buying this game, stay away from it.
    Pay to win, lots of micro transactions and you basically have to pay to unlock anything (or grind for hours and hours for a single character or item), this game should be free to play by the level of micro transactions it contains.

Terrible open beta for the same issues, well obviously they must be ironing it out for launch. With Launch came the same issues, and now with the holiday peak servers not functional.

So let's talk about what makes this game so bad. First, it has a serious lack of content, removing campaign and local multiplayer. Anyone who has ever played a Rainbow Six game will know that these are staples of the series, so they're pretty much essentials. A lot of multiplayer games these days suffer from these additions being removed when they could greatly benefit it. Rainbow Six seems to be the most upsetting one for the removal. Instead of singleplayer campaign, you get operations. Operations are essentially tutorial missions to help you get a feel for gamemodes and certain situations. Let's make this clear: they're awful. They aren't fun, they don't teach you anything. Apparently, their purpose is supposed to be for early XP gain. However, after completing half of them, I barely made it to level 1. It's pretty useless doing them, so I wouldn't bother. Next up we have multiplayer, the heart of the game. Is it fun? Well, no. When you break it down, it's really not. For starters, matchmaking is terrible. It was broken from launch, and that hasn't changed to this day. Even if the matchmaking worked, the multiplayer couldn't save this game. Don't get me wrong, the concept is cool and the game plays well, but it suffers from a multitude of issues. One main one being that the game tries so hard to stress that strategy is key. Well, it's hard to strategizing is pretty damn difficult if your team won't listen to you. I can't blame the developers for this, but I can blame them for why they don't listen. Nobody wants to strategize. Honestly, I'm not feeling the urge to do so either. A lot of the tools given to you seem like they should be used to plane out some trap or attack, but I'd never use them in any certain situation, so they feel like they have no use. It's not just the feeling of no strategy, though. This game is also loaded with bugs. Still. Still! It's been 8 months, why haven't they fixed the bugs!!!!!!! Anyway, I'll wrap up this review so I don't get too angry. To sum it all up, don't invest in Rainbow Six. It's complete garbage. 3/10.… Expand

    Boring and repetitive, laggy servers, some cool gadgets but that's about it any cod type fps is more intense and more fun than this, not very fun getting killed by team mates at the start of a round then having to watch them lose

The gunplay and realism is very cool when you FINALLY do get into a game. There are 11 maps but feels as if there are 3 or 4. There is no campaign. So many steps back from Rainbow Six Vegas in terms ofI'm not sure how this game has such a high rating with rampant matchmaking errors. Ranked matchmaking might as well be non-existent. I loved having the option to put a silencer on in the middle of the game and taking it off, added something called realism. They obviously tried making a very different game than whats on the market today but its sad to say the game is just not good for. Its good to play for a few matches and then you realize its the same thing again again. Maybe they'll release a DLC to customize the operators they are forcing me to use.… Expand

    Fun game, but it is too bad it is literally unplayable 95.4% of the time due to server issues. I had even put my PS4 in DMZ to try and stop the constant disconnects. With no luck. If I could get a refund I would.

    Granted, I am not a young player, but this game is a bit too ridiculous from a standpoint of what you can do in situations. No support, no ability to choose your load out, timing of some of these. Sure, they can be done, but not a very good effort in production. I am sure this is just another game - like most everything these days - that is really made for online gaming.     As a tactical first person shooter, it didn't go down well with me. I found this to be boring, with the complete lack of campaign and split screen. Waste of money, trading it in was a good decision.

    Not my favorite game. I think that the game does not use it's full potential if the game had larger more open maps and was not subjected to a single building or structure it would be much more fun and have more of a longevity however I think that gunplay is near flawless.

    I wouldn't recommend purchasing the game. It's basically just camping, the only thing I like about Siege is that you can teamkill. Uninstalled it after 2 hours :/

    I registered for Metacritic specifically to give this game a zero. I waited for this POS for over a year. Hyped it up with my friends and forced one of them to also buy it only to find out that I literally cannot play the game. I have been stuck at the "creating squad" loading screen for both betas and now the actual game.     And before you call me a COD fan boy/Run and Gun type, I'm not. At all. But I do like some actual tension and drama in my shooter - this has none. I was hoping it would be more like TLOU Factions....
    Also, can we please change the voice of the kid who announces the objective at the start of the round - he sounds like the kid at Von's who bags my groceries - not a military commander.    … Expand

    Worst Terrible imbalance game I ever seen! My team has always low-rated players! But the opposing team will always have players with a high rating. Sometimes much higher than mine. Thanks Ubisoft for the most balanced game. I went down from the rank of Gold 3 to copper 4.I went down from the rank of Gold 3 to copper 4. I alone try to pull the team. But constantly playing 1 vs 5 is impossible

    whats bad?:
    boy oh boy where do I start?...

    - LAG (the game is unplayable, 1 shots without seeing bullets?), it's just unplayable most of the times
    - No customization of the agents (very basic in fact, just look at games like Rainbow six: Raven Shield or Rogue Spear and you'll understand what is missing here... it's just dull and extremely basic...
    - No modes (seriously, every mode they have, that I guess are somewhat 3, feel all the same... no all vs all, no possibility to choose the map and you are not even able to choose the mod u wanna play... that is just depressing).
    - Match Making lag/loop (if you cant find a match, the solution according to Ubi, is to quit the menu and enter again... Why do I need to be forced to find a workaround like that instead of implementing a proper Match making feature?...)
    - Wall glitches, body parts passing trough the walls, showing off your position in a tactical game is just plain retarded

    and the list goes on, I just cba anymore to list the negative stuff. As a customer who basically has/had all the Rainbow six games for PC I am speechless at how low Ubi fell down, I am deeply saddend and very disappointed.

    Shame on you guys, how can you even feel good about this?...    … Expand

    Although Rainbow Six Siege has a great concept, the mechanics of this game is majorly flawed. Controls are absolutely sloppy and the in game graphics are not up to par with a lot of PS4 games out there.
    I've been told that the PC version is great, but unfortunately, I can only judge the PS4 version and I had to take it back because of the actual game play.     This Rainbow..... is sad no, campaign. 0 weapon customization and piss poor matchmaking. This is so light on content free to play comes to mind. Its not worth 60.00 or 40.00 bad game ubi soft.. question how do you name a game after books... and you hqve no campaign. No story and you play the same 4 maps all the time...... ubi made watch dogs, so i should have seen this coming.     All that needs to be said is the graphics are years behind and the gameplay is like watching paint dry. So old and dated with no game modes. Probably the worst game I have ever played.

    Was fine at first but they are just trowing **** at the wall to see if it sticks. Feels like a free to play game with the amount of dlc's and ****ty graphics. I cringe every time I watch the new cinematics. A disgrace to Tom Clancy 's name.

    The microtransactions are vast and have a lot of diversity, while containing systems that are obsolete for 2020 standards, on top of a paywall entry, and lack of operators with the standard version... they basically force you spend at least $180 if you want any chance at winning from a brand new account's perspective.

    This isn't a siege, this is camping trip with horrible matchmaking times. This should be free with the micro transactions and battle passes tossed in. People that rate this a 10 are simps for either ubisoft or fan boys of playing games that rewards camping.

Ubisoft basically released the game as a bare-bones beta without telling anyone, for full retail price of 70 Euro and have been releasing PAY-Walled DLC content over the years. People accept this?     quindi già il gioco offre poche modalità e nella classificate (partite più giocate ed importanti) puoi giocarne solo una, cioè ma è uno scherzo?
    poi manca la campagna che è sempre stata il punto di forza dei vecchi capitoli della saga e qui è scomparsa a caso.
    poi a volte il gioco è piagato da glitch che lo rendono ingiocabile e dosser che interrompono le partite facendoti bloccare.
    e se a questo vogliamo aggiungere anche che la community è una delle più tossiche che abbia mai visto....
    poi vabbè il gioco sta peggiorando aggiungendo operatori sempre più inverosimili che rovinano sempre di più lo stile realistico che caratterizzava il gioco un esempio: hanno aggiunto un operatore che sfonda i muri correndoci contro, ma che cazzo mi dovrebbe rappresentare?

    Ainda hoje enfrenta problemas de personagens imortais, e balas que mais parecem explosivos, pela quantidade ridícula de dano, apesar    R6 talvez não seja o jogo mais desbalanceado do mercado, afinal, a empresa lança atualizações mesmo depois de 5 anos do seu lançamento, porém se prepare para se frustar ao encontrar um jogo com mecânicas quebras ele uma disparidade enorme entre jogadores.
    Ainda hoje enfrenta problemas de personagens imortais, e balas que mais parecem explosivos, pela quantidade ridícula de dano, apesar disso ainda é um jogo que tenta simular a realidade, e muita ênfase em "simular" porque ele só tenta, nenhum ser humano sobreviveria a uma rajada de balas no peito.
