Feb 21, 2018This is my favorite 10tons twin stick shooter. They finally developed some style above generic. The story is kinda of incomprehensible but it is still fun. Shooting and dashing through walls is what makes this game a super fun blast. Levels can be repetitive but it is great in short bursts. Runs almost perfect on Vita with rare slow downs. Get this game.

Sep 26, 2017Many aspects of Time Recoil show potential, but the only part that is actualized is its gameplay. The typically confusing time-travel plot impedes enjoyment as does the randomness in levels, which nearly diminishes that stellar gameplay.

Sep 21, 2017Time Recoil plays like a toned-down Hotline Miami that strips away the stealth focus and ramps up the twin-stick shooting. Poor enemy AI makes some scenarios a bit unbelievable but the core gameplay and time mechanics keep it enjoyable from start to finish.
