I was really excited to play this game because of the raving reviews from critics. It was more of a chore than fun to play. Felt overhyped for the full price of the game. Didn't feel like much of a game. Just going from point A to B and listening to the narrator drone on and on. Strange game. It just wasn't very fullfilling to play and felt more like I was playing to completion to get my money's worth. Expand

Always ingenious, funny and captivating, The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe is definitely worth lingering over again in 2013's cult experience. Today, it still expands with a level-design that is still clever and surprising. And what a pleasure to rediscover the implacable humor of the narrator.

Like the original, The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe is more experience than game. The meta-adventure will make you laugh, but may also make you think while enjoying the wonderful voice of Kevan Brighting. In addition, the office adventure is twice as long as the original: still a short experience, but this time an evening-filling program.
