This developer/ publisher understands the Grimm aesthetic and structure better than anyone else out there.

The Liar Princess and the Blind Prince definitely lives in a story gamer’s wheelhouse, but there’s plenty here to satisfy those who may not care about a story in games. But I bet you will care about this one by the time you reach the end.

With its beautiful artwork and incredible soundtrack, The Liar Princess and the Blind Prince is a satisfying experience that could be further enhanced with more intuitive controls and a larger assortment of puzzles. Even though sometimes the puzzles can feel too easy or monotonous, the lack of challenge can be preferable for players looking for something simple. Being on the shorter side in terms of game length, Liar Princess would not have done any better if the game was longer – in fact, it was a good length for the purpose of the story. Overall, The Liar Princess and the Blind Prince was a delightful experience and is undeniably a story to remember.

This is a very charming puzzle adventure, although characters aside, it doesn’t offer anything particularly worth highlighting. All in all, it’s a good game.

As wonderful as the art and soundtrack are, and for as much as I enjoy the story, they can't quite save what is otherwise a pretty standard puzzle-platformer.

The Liar Princess and the Blind Prince just lands on the right side of average; a bit too easy and a bit too slow, its distinctive aesthetic and several unexpected late-game highlights nevertheless manage to deliver that happily-ever-after feeling every fairy tale deserves.

A beautiful-looking game that tells a charming story, but its gameplay is just lacking.

Although The Liar Princess and the Blind Prince's story and presentation are beautiful, its often frustrating and tedious gameplay makes it a difficult game to enjoy. Because of that, it would have been a better experience if it was an anime instead.

After some time I'm tired of walkthrough and kept skipping levels one after another, but in the post end I couldn't hold back tears. Story is quite original, soulful and really non-standard. If this game came under Visual Novel genre, I've been post 10/10, but we have what we have now. I really glad that add "skip level" feature, but ofc u need to wait around ten minutes everytime...
