Jun 19, 2020Don’t buy this turd.
Naughty Dog used misleading trailers which show Joel as one of the main characters. But he gets killed in the first 2 hours. And the way he dies is totally ridiculous.
If you still want to buy this, I suggest you wait a little longer until it lands in the bargaining bin. -

Jun 27, 2020Not for everyone , but if you want cinematic story telling at its best, are invested in the characters and can appreciate the pace, you’ll love it.
Every bullet fired or received has weight and oomph to it, making battles more intense and much more on the edge. -

Jun 28, 2020Graphics 10/10
Gameplay 7/10 - not much has changed
Story - 6/10 - Story was not as strong as the first game. What hurt the story is that it was too long and parts of the game felt like it was going nowhere. -

Jun 30, 2020Beautifully crafted game with amazing technical side, completely butchered by writing. It just spits in the face of a previous game, it's characters and what those characters stood for.

Jul 1, 2020First half is probably a good, solid 8 with some plot holes.
Second half is a 3 with some excellent visuals and cinematics, including more plot holes. You just keep keep asking yourself why this is even here. Nowhere near the first, but worth picking up once it drops pretty cheap. I also adored the first one, which is one of my all time favourite games. -

Jul 10, 2020Gameplay 9/10 (only hardmode)
Graphics 9/10
Storyline 5.5/10
It was really hard for me. Story is too difficult for understanding.
The game went to the end all by myself without knowledge of spoilers, without watching streams.
I can recommend, but only sale time. -
Dec 3, 2021Metacritic DELETED my review. So here is another one. This is woke propaganda trash.

Nov 3, 2020This game was actually made? well okay, that's fine. But lie to your fans, make fan trailers, that's just unacceptable.

Sep 13, 2020The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.
-
Sep 5, 2020Not everyone is going to enjoy the motives of The Last of Us Part II. But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.

Game World Navigator MagazineSep 3, 2020If you loved the original for its great characters and well-paced story – stay away from this game. However, if you’re aching to sink into the depths of depression, or just want to cut some throats and burn some zombies – Part II will deliver. [Issue#247, p.72]
